4 starsThe process was easy at first, but towards the end a little confused from uploading the document. I lost the page while doing the photo and they get me right back where it left off. So far it is doable . But with all other's reviews about their problems with receiving information was missing leading . I am skeptical about results till I receive itGovPlus

1 starI would not recommend this business to anyone. I started my application to renew my passport Jan *******. By the end of March I was notified I would receive a mailer to return my existing passport which was due to expire April *******. I was notified mailer was at my post office. Wasn't there. I went online and got tracking numbers from customer service individual. My post office said they had a record of receipt but couldn't find it! I went back to GOV+ customer service and they said it was a computer glitch!!! It had never been sent!! The said I needed to resubmit my picture. This was on April 10 and my passport was due to expire in 3 days. I requested a refund and have been told multiple times I'd get an email when the refund in progress. It's now May ******* and no email or refund. In the meantime I applied to the US ********** on April ******* and got it in one month with no additional handling charge! This business is a scam or woefully incompetent!GovPlus

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding your application. We have been upgrading our systems in preparation for new products and services. There were a minimal amount of applications affected and received notifications in advance that packages were in transit and delivered. We regret any disruption this may have caused. Your package was still with us and it was not completed due to your passport photos being rejected, and we informed you of this via email.
Given your feedback, a $130 refund has been processed today, May 16th. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refunded amounts to reflect in your original payment method, as processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. 2 starsTried to get my passport and TSA done. Mistake. Photo process is extremely hard to navigate. Had to redo my photo twice and they wanted me to do it a third time. Then they suggested I just go to get the normal ************* passport photo. When I requested a cancellation and refund of the money paid they wanted to give me 1/3 back and after going back through everything they refunded me all but $20, which was satisfactory. I won't personally go through them or recommend them. Go get the ********* photo and send the application off. Convenience was not convenient.GovPlus

As such, we are unable to approve or process any application that includes non-compliant photos, incomplete information, or missing documentation, as this would likely result in rejection by the passport processing facility.

1 starPaid for expedited service in which they claimed "keeping an eye on the process to provide real-time updates and support when you need it. If there are any issues, inquiries, or required actions, well take care of it."This was not the case, not only did they fail to notify me when my application processing was paused due to more information being needed, they also failed to provide the needed documentation when I inquired about it. Because of this, I had to schedule an emergency appointment at the passport agency to re-file a new expedited passport application. Had I not taken matters into my own hands, I wouldn't have received my passport on time. To top it off, the customer service *** did everything in her power to deny a refund (trying to place blame, trying to change the subject, saying they attempted to contact me multiple times when there's no records that reflect that claim). Feels like I just got scammedGovPlus
