    This is the most unreliable service available. We have been waiting 6 ********* one calls back. It is managed by **. We have tried and reached out for help 8 times since Nov, 2024. Still no passport.

    I have seen Gov+ as a faster way to renew my passport, they do not mention they are not a government agency. they are not up front about there fees, I paid $97 to file $130 for the passport and $19 for fees. I would have gone to the post office if I knew this was not a government agency and it is a scam. they charged me the $ 97 so fast that by the time I realized it, it was too late. it is a shame they can not be up front with all there fees so I people can make an a decision. I think they should return my money due to false advertising and I can go to the post office and file legally. thank you

    First, we would like to clarify that GOV+ is a legitimate private company offering optional support services for government-related applications. We are fully transparent about the nature of our services, which is clearly communicated on our website, ****************************. Our homepage explicitly states: WERE NOT THE GOVERNMENT WERE A PRIVATE COMPANY HERE TO HELP. This disclaimer is displayed on our homepagenot buried in fine printand is further detailed in our Terms and Conditions, which are available to all users prior to purchase. 

    While we understand that assumptions happen, its important to recognize that multiple visual, textual, and structural cues were in place to make it very clear otherwise. Even the domain namegovplus.comuses a .com suffix, which is standard for commercial entities, not government agencies. We respectfully suggest that placing the blame on a clearly marked and well-disclosed private platform may not be entirely fair.

    Regarding the charge, the service fee you paid covers access to this platform and its associated benefits. Before any payment is processed, customers are required to:

    Manually enter their payment information
    Click Agree to the Terms and Conditions, and for additional optional charges, to manually click or **** authorizing the charge
    Actively click the Submit button

    Under the fee-- it states - Government fees are NOT included

    We recognize that some customers may experience buyers remorse, but we strongly believe it is inappropriate to post a public review based on incorrect assumptions without first reaching out for clarification. We are always available to provide assistance and address concerns directly when given the opportunity. Nevertheless, we appreciate the time you took to provide a review.

    This site collected $297 for a new passport. After doing my picture and birth certificate ***eatedly, I finally got green check marks. After green check marks, the website said I would receive my box. Then I received email saying my box was delivered. I called in and spoke to a *** who stated there was a glitch on their end and the box was not sent due to ID and birth certificate. I went back and forth with *** asking why I receive green check marks for completion? I was told that upper scaled personnel had to make sure my forms and pictures were good in order to send in application. I started my application in February 2025 and its now May 2025 and still my application has not been processed. I asked for a refund of $297 and was told I would get it in 3 to 5 days. It has been a week and I am still waiting. Not understanding how this business is filed with the government and scamming people out of money.
