    I have been trying since March to get GovPlus to process my passport and now can't get a Full refund because of their refund policy. I am a senior citizen and could not situation my phone to do an acceptable photo. So on June 3rd I went to Staples and got a passport photo processed and now the GovPlus system won't let upload the photo. One rep tells me my other documents are not acceptable either which they never stated. I only was denied a passport because of the photo.
