    No customer service available with an actual person. This business says you can cancel/unsubscribe, to avoid automatic billing, however, the billing option they give you has NO options to cancel or remove your credit/debit card. This site is a complete and total SCAM.

    I applied to them for passport renewal and I am very disappointed in the service.They are slow and expensive. The official government website for renewal is faster, cheaper and easy to use. You cannot communicate very well with this company either. I could not reach a human just **** AI. Very frustrating. My husband used the government site and he got his in a short time. I applied to govplus before him and still waiting. I recommend not using this company.

    I tried to apply for a passport, I will be going on my 1st cruise. I did the application until I was supposed to take a picture. My camera would not allow it. A message came up saying Site was not Secure. I went to the *** store to get help. They looked at the sight and said it was a scam site. I immediately came home, looked for a contact number . A voice message said the site was not active. They have already taken 2 payment out of my account, one for $57.00 and one for $67.00 on 6/27/2025. I am 68 years old with very little income. Plus I don't know what the charges are for. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

    They charge you and then there is no follow up. Couldn't complete the application. It was easier to go through the actual government website to get it done. This is NOT the government website, it's a private owned scam that doesn't actually get anything done. They have no contact information on their website to request a refund or get any status, they just take your information and do who knows what with it. There's no way to remove your account or any way to remove your information. Any positive reviews are probably fake.

    First off any business that will not let you leave a review on their site should be a major red flag. These people claim to provide a service and then do nothing. They charged my cc 6 times and provided no service. Their help line is unmanned and useless. They ****.

    You can't talk to a real person, they said my birth certificate is not a legal birth certificate because my parents full name isn't there and it was. I have been trying for two months to get my passport. You took my money for the application and paid extra to expedite it! I'm still waiting and the dashboard doesn't tell me anything! They need to do better with this!

    When googling renew passport for my 91-year old mother, the GovPlus website showed first before the legal US Govt site does so I clicked on it and went thru the steps to renew her passport, even paying $67 for processing. Not sure what service I paid for as her picture was rejected and the site is asking for more money for additional services which we are not paying for. Either cutting my losses but trying to cancel service is where Im at now. Called the Contact us # but no answer after 23 minutes so I guess its call them on Monday. Shady company, things dont seem right We will be going through either the *********** or the certified website. Beware of GovPlus website as its not clear they are a third party private company with nothing to do with the US government. Beware!!!

    It's been 4 months and they still haven't sent me my passport documents and I have a cruise pending. All my processing has been approved but their 3 day reviewing process has been months and they aren't sending the passport documents as promised. Of course, processing my payments was a quick and smooth transaction. Do not use.

    I signed up with them to renew my passport. It has been saying estimated wait time 3 days for mooooonths. I have reached out several times and they just say sorry youre having a bad experience. I have cancelled two trips and am going to have to pass up on another shortly. I asked for a refund and they said we cant at this point sorry. They are now not responding to my emails. Awful service. Scam.

    I'm 73 and it was fairly easy. The issue of having to repeat several times was annoying.
