    This site is a scam. Buggy as ****, constantly takes you to error pages when filling out the forms. Takes longer than the actual .gov site. They falsely advertise their services as time and hassle saving. It seems like going through this website has actually taken people longer and been more of a hassle. Thats false advertising and might even be grounds for a case if the problem is endemic. Shame on govplus for exploiting the American people.

    This company is horrible to deal with. You only get the opportunity to interact with an AI chat box. We tried to get Passports renewed through the site. I did receive my passport but my wife's fell into a black hole. $254 later, no passport, no communication. I tried having the charges reversed through the credit card company but Gov+ has there legal policies (mice type) written in such a way that the credit card company was not able to help.

    Can not get a response from requesting a refund in the acceptable time period. No phone response or email response. This is a total scam to keep the $97 fee I paid. The application was never completed, but I was charged.

    This is a scam!!! They collected $99 in fees also enrolled me on a yearly plan for $119.88 WITOUT MY AUTHORIZATION! Who needs to renew their passport EVERY YEAR?? I called them, was on hold for more than an hour. I reached online and after fighting with a machine for 20 minutes finally got a human being on line. Human being swears he reimbursed that $119 fee. Will see within the next couple of days! Overall not a pleasant experience and I still have no passport!
