    This on line process is so much faster than sending away to the Government.I really appreciate it on line it saves a ton of time!

    I paid for the expedited service and have been waiting for almost 2 months now for what I paid for. All I get when asking for an update is that it can take from 6 to 8 weeks to process it. I would not recommend using this service. I feel like I have been scammed into paying them $150 for no services.

    I'll keep it real short. Gov Plus are a bunch of thieves. They didn't deliver anything for me they ripped me off $125. Don't ever deal with these people

    They are a software company. They've had my birth certificate application for a month now. Try explaining that to their dumber than dumb AI system. Search their site and you will not find a way to contact a human. Their AI won't help you.

    This is for lazy or busy humans! You don't need a middle man to renew or replace anything. I messed up and didn't read the reviews! I personally wasted over 150 bucks for being lazy and not doing my homework! Best to go directly to the govt sites and save yourself some money! Gov+ has a lot of up sales also.

    I tried to get my social security card, and this company was totally worthless to me, and with no refund! ??
