    My only issue is it never asked me about my legal name change so I worry that there will be a delay. I know on the regular government paperwork that They do ask you if youve ever had a legal name change and I had nowhere to submit my documents for that. So after paying all the fees I still May not receive my passport . This is concerning.

    Very poor to no service. Trying to get the *** Precheck. Arrived at my interview (61 miles away) only to find my application submitted to Gov+ was not submitted to The *** interviewer. (******* was my wife's).They charged $97 each basically to setup an appointment that was not usable because there was no application submitted. The application processor then charged another $78 for their service.I have requested a refund.NOT RECOMMENDED.

    We sincerely appreciate your time and the feedback you've provided. Upon conducting a thorough review of our records, we have information that you confirmed and booked an appointment at the *** agency located at ******** ******* **** miles away from your home on December 29th 2023 at 8 AM EST.

    Our only conclusion is that you went to the wrong location, as the location you went to, as you have stated, was 61 miles and the *** agency we booked you for was **** miles. ** you did not go to the booked location, it logically follows that no application would be recorded at a location you were not scheduled to be. Because you chose to complain publicly and not call us for assistance or help to reorient you to the correct address, we regret you went to the wrong location. ** you wish to call us,  we can help you with any further factual conclusions.

    Additionally, in the appointment confirmation email sent on December 25th, a clear statement was included: "Please be prepared to pay the $78 government fee as we do not collect government fees." This is a crucial point where clarity could have been sought, but it appears that this information *** have been overlooked or disregarded. To provide further clarity, the $97 fee encompasses the utilization of our software for completing your *** application and grants access to your customer dashboard. This dashboard facilitates the effortless submission of various forms currently available on our website and those that *** be introduced in the future. Every form, both current and future, can be completed with a single click. Our customer service, as demonstrated in our internal tests, offers significantly faster responses.

    Please know that numerous independent, verified positive reviews on the BBB's website underscore the satisfaction of a significant number of customers. As of January 1st, ****, we maintain a rating of **** out of 5 possible stars, based on ***** BBB Customer Reviews. The fact that over ***** customers have voluntarily expressed their satisfaction highlights the value and convenience our services provide. Our goal is to extend assistance and convenience to those who *** benefit from it and find value in the services we offer. We regret that you did not reach out to us for assistance when you went to the wrong office but understand it was a long way to travel and we regret that you lost your time.

We were not able to verify or find your wife's account. Please feel free to have your wife make direct contact with us privately if you wish to address her account.

    As indicated in the refund confirmation email, please allow 1-3 business days, factoring in the holiday, for the refund to be posted, as bank processing times *** vary. We can confirm that this confirmation was received and opened on December 29th at 1:31 PM.

    I thought GovPlus was a legitimate company for procuring a renewed passport, so I gave them the info that was asked for. I feel that since I gave them my credit cd info, I am now out of that amount. Any suggestions?

    I previously had to apply for a ********************** Identification Card - TWIC for work. The process required me to go in person to obtain it. This on the other hand was quick and easy to do.

    The website was so user friendly. The only confusing thing was the My Passport. I wasn't sure if I was signing up to have it renewed now or when it is due to be renewed.
