1 starI purchased the *** pass for $97 & didnt receive the product. They also charged me $57 for a Passport I didnt want. I called the & its ringing busy. All day yesterday & today. I wanted to address the $57. But then it turns out they didnt send me the product on the *** pass. I called my ******** am disputing both charges. The paperwork should arrive in a week. For me to fill outI got a new credit card & cancelled the one that I used. My bank said that they will address this on my behalf. Stay away from this companyIts a scam operationGovPlus

The emails we sent you provided a simple way of replying back directly to us and we would have promptly responded.
As a public review has been submitted, we will attend to each statement or concern you have and resolve your concerns through the BBB platform.
After a meticulous review of our communication log, there were two documented attempts by you to connect with us. First, there was a singular chat interaction on December 19th at 5:25 PM, which was terminated immediately by you after presenting you with options to proceed. Second, you initiated a phone call, lasting a mere 9 seconds, wherein automated options were provided to best direct your call to address your specific concern; however, you disconnected prior to selecting your desire to get to an agent. No records indicate any busy lines or difficulties in reaching us as our channels for communication are always being tested and monitored and we have multiple feeder lines constantly routing calls therefore no busy signals only a fast wait if anything. We urge you to review the number you called and if possible send it to us so we can confirm you were dialing the correct number if you had additional call attempts you claim other than what our records show. Additionally, we returned your call at 7:16 PM EST the same day, leaving a voice message for you to call us back at your convenience. Contrary to your assertion that you 'tried' to contact us via phone 'all day yesterday and today,' the evidence suggests that you simply chose to disconnect on both occasions and did not try again nor did you return our call. It's also important to clarify these factual discrepancies. You had the opportunity to return our call or initiate another chat the following day or even email us using the receipt you received, but regrettably, no such action was taken. Therefore, your statement is not only inaccurate but also carries unwarranted claims.
We would also like to specifically respond to your statements: didnt receive the product.; They also charged me $57 for a Passport I didnt want." and Its a scam operation
We advocate for responsible language use, particularly when employing strong terms like 'scam operation.' Such language should be supported by factual information or evidence rather than arising from individual oversights in reading, comprehension, or biased assumptions. It's crucial to note that you voluntarily submitted your *** application on the morning of December 19th at 9:58, and it was received and promptly processed.
As previously mentioned, on the same day, you contacted us with the expectation of receiving your *** documents expeditiously. Please be aware that all applications undergo a thorough review for accuracy before processing. Additionally, it's essential to clarify that the *** PreCheck membership does not issue any card or physical document. New applicants must submit online applications, schedule an appointment and undergo an in-person interview and background check with your evidentiary documents for identity and citizenship to determine eligibility. Once eligibility is confirmed, the Known Traveler Number (KTN) is issued within 3-5 days via email or phone. This process would have been communicated to you if we were given the opportunity.
Following the review and processing of your application, you were sent an email prompting you to choose an appointment a day after, December 20th. It was received and opened by you according to our records. You opened the email but never selected an appointment date and time. The available selections were based on the schedule's availability at that time and the nearest location based on the mailing address you provided. The appointment details were as follows:
Appointment Location: Staples ******************************: Located inside Staples, Hyannis, ** 02601
Appointment Selection: December 26 2023 9:20 AM; December 26 2023 3:20 PM and December 26 2023 8:50 PM. Had you selected one, it will be booked and you will be sent a confirmation email. If you find the selection provided inconvenient, we can customize the appointment to conveniently fit your schedule. Again, this process would have been offered to you if we were given the opportunity.
Regarding the unwanted passport application, it was presented as AN OPTION. All customers are provided the choice to skip this offer and proceed with their desired application. The charge was incurred because you opted in and clicked the button to submit a passport application. If you did this by accident we would have gladly refunded it for you had you emailed us or called us back. Please remember we have multiple lines of communication that best fit your email, chat or phone.
Our priority has always been customer satisfaction and today, December 22nd, we processed full refunds of $97 and $57 GovPlus software fees as we do not wish to keep customers that do not see value in our offerings or in their inaccurate assumptions claim we are a scam as you state. There is no need to make assumptions as we are a legitimate company offering assistance to thousands of customers that see extreme value in our services. We sincerely wish you the best.
Under TERMS & CONDITIONS: Item #6:
All refunds must be issued to the exact credit or debit card used at the time of the original transaction for security purposes. If that card is lost, stolen or blocked we will not be able to issue a refund. No company checks can be issued for security reasons.
Considering the cancellation of your card, you may contact your bank to inquire about their process for handling expected refunds and how or if they will apply the refunds to the newly issued card. Your bank will provide you with options.
Please know that our refund process is real-time, but allow 1-3 business days, also anticipate the holidays as bank processing times may vary. Email confirmations have also been sent please acknowledge upon receipt.
