    I paid for and filled out application for my birth certificate. I was asked three times to notarize my application. I have done it twice already and provided them with copies of the notarized documents, that was done through their services. About every ten days they would just ask me to keep notarizing. The second time they wouldnt listen and just said ok you need to notarize again, so I did. Finally over a month in and third notary request, they tell me there is a glitch in the system and I would have to delete my application and start all over. They would refund and I could apply again. Forms, fees, notary, everything. Ive already been waiting this long. Thats ridiculous.

    You submitted applications for a copy of your birth certificate on March 3rd 2024 and opted to have the birth certificate processed first as you may have to use this document to apply for a passport. 

    We regret you were continuously required to have your birth certificate application notarized. When you reached out to us on March 22nd via phone call, you stated concern about having your application notarized multiple times and our representative, *****, attended to you. You volunteered to send visual evidence via email to aid in investigating the issue. We did not receive the email, however, your issue was escalated to our technical experts while you were on the line. ***** informed you that your application was affected by a system update, leading to multiple notarization requests. Please know that such occurrences are rare, as the vast majority of our daily applications proceed smoothly without encountering this issue. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience caused and assure you that we are committed to improving our services based on your feedback.

    You have requested for your birth certificate, passport application and expedited shipping to be canceled and refunded, these refunds for 2 $57 and 1 $47, a total of $161, were processed on March 22nd 2024 at 7:22 PM. Refund confirmation emails were sent to you and our records show and confirmed that these were sent and opened the following day, March 23rd at 8:22 AM. We have already processed these refunds but please  allow 1-3 business days for the refunds to be posted back to your account as bank processing times vary.
