    Don't use it. The agents might be nice, but they can't even do their job right and canceled my 'passport renewal' application four times. At least I got all my refunds back.

    I have never been so horrified about wasting my time AND my money as I was with my experience using GovPlus.com!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR EFFORTS ON THIS SITE IF YOU ARE TRYING TO RENEW OR RECEIVE A NEW PASSPORT!The site is INCREDIBLY MISLEADING!!! You do NOT receive a passport, they simply send you a packet with each of the documents that you submitted to them plus 2 checks written out to the **** of ***** and to Postmaster BUT then, you still have to schedule an appointment at your local post office and wait the normal 6-8 weeks to receive your passport! My husband and I already had our passport applications completed. We also had our birth certificates and driver's licenses. We of course thought this site was a conduit to skip some of the steps in the passport process & that GovPlus was doing something worthwhile to assist in this process. It simply did NOTHING except waste $67 for each of us and delayed us actually having our passports by about 2 weeks, the timeframe in which we used this site and when we received the worthless packet they sent. The only advantage is that they sent us the 2 x2 photos we took on our own phones, so we can hopefully skip that part/$15 cost when we go to the post office. IF YOU CAN COMPLETE YOUR OWN PASSPORT APPLICATION & HAVE A CHECKBOOK, DON'T USE THIS SITE! YOU WILL SPEND $67 & ABOUT 45 MINUTES TO ENTER YOUR INFO, UPLOAD YOUR DOCS AND TAKE A PHOTO ON YOUR PHONE TO USE. THEN, YOU'LL JUST RECEIVE ALL OF WHAT YOU PROVIDED THEM IN A PACKET TWO WEEKS LATER AND WILL STILL HAVE TO MAKE AN APPT AT THE POST OFFICE AND WAIT SEVERAL WEEKS FOR YOUR PASSPORT!!*I am REQUESTING A REFUND FOR BOTH MYSELF AND MY HUSBAND FOR $52 EACH (I HAVE DEDUCTED THE $15 COST FOR THE ******* If this resolution cannot be reached, I will contact my bank to reverse the $67 charges on our debit cards. YOUR SITE COULD BE NO MORE DECEPTIVE YET, I'M CERTAIN YOU ALREADY KNOW THIS BASED ON THE THOUSANDS AND THOUSANDS OF ONLINE COMPLAINTS! SHAME ON YOU GOVPLUS!!
