    Filled out application to renew my passport. Their system would not accept the information. The "Customer Support" team was unable to resolve the problem. They couldn't even open my account. When I asked them to close the account and issue a refund, they said they could only issue a partial refund. It took an hour sending messages back and forth before they issued a partial refund and closed my account. I'll never make the mistake of using this service again.

    On three separate occasions I was given erroneous information about how to confirm my citizenship on a passport application I was making. I was then informed that I would receive only a partial refund. When I mentioned that I would file a complaint with the BBB, they reverse themselves, and gave me a full refund. Kudos to the BBB!!!
