    Failed expectations. I was assured that they would handle my change of address application (which is the only reason I didn't ask for a full refund). Then when they still failed to deliver they tried to refund me as litte as possible. Impossible to get on the phone with anyone. Your only option was speak to bot.

    It was easy to fill out the application, but I've been getting contradictory emails ever since. I'm not sure whether I finished the application or not, when I will be pre-check certified, or why I'm getting all these other offers. This is the government, not an online, retail business.
