    First time submitting paperwork they pointed out the mistake. I corrected them by sending the right picture, Licence, birth cert. All while the *** was on the phone and saying its all good. Them a few days later said that picture and ID will not work because it's cropped. #1.I NEVER CROPPED ANYTHING #2. YOUR *** SAID DOCS WHERE PERFECT.THIS WAS A TOTAL WAST OF TIME ALSO THE **** THAT EVEN THE INITIAL $69 FEE YOU WILL ONLY GET HALF BACK. WTF YOU MEAN HALF MONKEY? ...DO DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CLOWNS . DO YOUR PASSPORT THE TRADITIONAL WAY. SAVE TIME, HEADACHE, AND MONEY.....

    Hello Francisco,

    We are so sorry that you felt like you did not have an optimal  experience. GovPlus charges a nominal one time fee of $67 for the use of our platform, which provides access to a comprehensive suite of features, including our proprietary software for completing various government applications. The fee also covers the convenience of our GovPlus personalized customer dashboard, where all completed *************************** forms are centralized for easy management, uploading your requirements and tracking ; not just access to file a single application. Additionally, we offer free 24/7 chat and email support, as well as phone support during business hours, to assist with inquiries.

    Section 10 of our Terms and conditions under Refunds:

    GovPlus grants you a seven (7) day period to evaluate the services. If no services were rendered, you may receive a refund within such seven (7) day period. No refunds will be issued after such period or if services were rendered.

    You submitted your application for a new passport on September 22nd 2024. Please know that this was already beyond the 7-day period for refund eligibility. You have utilized our software and your application has undergone review.

    We appreciate your ability to independently navigate government applications, gather necessary forms, and fulfill requirements. However, these tasks may be simple for some but overwhelming for others who lack patience, knowledge, or assistance. Not everyone possesses the flexibility to go out and gather necessary the requirements, especially those dealing with medical conditions or limited mobility. We acknowledge the diverse circumstances of our customers and value the choice of thousands who appreciate the convenience we offer.

    While we respect your feedback, we choose to focus on customers who see value in our services and our mission to simplify lives. As a result, the remaining $33 refund has been issued to you. We genuinely wish you the best.
