2 starsI thought this would be an easier way to get a replacement Social Security card. Big mistake. The **** already had a shipping label prepared for my item and it still hasnt arrived. There goes my $57 dollars. I would like a refund right away.GovPlus

We would like to assure you that we are committed to addressing and resolving all of your concerns through our official GOV+ support channels.
On June 11th, you submitted a Social Security card application with our company, which was processed and confirmed by our agents on the same day. Two days later, on June 13th, you contacted ** to inquire about the status of your application and we explained to you that your Social Security card application was already processed and was already at the **** Regional Facility being shipped out. Please understand that applications are processed as fast as they can and that despite labels being issued and applications in transit **** can be delayed in updates based on their own technical issues. As you are aware, and acknowledged on chat with us, your package was picked up on the 14th, and was in transit on the 15th, and delivered and received, June 16th, just four days after your application submission date with **. Our terms and conditions allow for refunds at any time; however, we do not feel issuing a refund is warranted since services were fully rendered to you and your application has already been processed and completed and we incurred shipping fees on your behalf. In addition, agents already worked and processed your social security card application. The package was delivered and received. ***** services are considered rendered. It is not right to fully use and benefit from the services of a company and then ask for a refund. If you feel you deserve a refund we would like you to explain in detail why but communicate to us directly why you feel a refund is deserved despite services being rendered, not take to a public complaint forum. If you feel you deserve a refund please give ** this courtesy of a phone call and we may consider a 50% refund. Please email ** to let ** know of a good time or call ** whenever is convenient. Please ask for April.
