Regarding your TSA PreCheck renewal, the additional questions were asked to ensure the accuracy of your renewal application and to make sure you still meet the eligibility requirements or are aware of any updated requirements before submitting the form. Please note that applying for or renewing PreCheck membership requires a background check. If you no longer meet the eligibility requirements, you are unlikely to be granted PreCheck status. 4 starsGrand experience and I did it all at home. I highly recommend this procedure especially to the elderly. Only problem I had was inserting my issue date of my last expired passport. My last issue date was December 2, **** and the expiration date was December 1, 2014. Its been almost 20 years since my last passport was issued.GovPlus

1 starI was attempting to apply for TSA enrollment. The Govplus site is very deceptive and it appeared to me that I was dealing with the government TSA website. I provided some general personal information and was billed $97. I attempted to provided information for my wife and was billed $97. Yesterday I went to the local TSA office in Jackson, Mississippi and was told that Govplus was not affiliated with TSA and that TSA had not received any information that I had provided to Govplus for myself and my wife. I filled out an application at the TSA office and was billed $78 each for my wife and me. My American Express card was charged $97 on June 11 and $97 on June 15 by Govplus and I received nothing from Govplus. I had to go thru the application process with TSA for my wife and me and was billed $78 for each of us. I am requesting that Govplus return $194 to me or credit that amount to my American Express card. ******* *****GovPlus

We offer a range of form processing services that our customers find valuable, including processing *** PreCheck applications. Our company also provides a number of features that are not available through government websites, which is why we named our company GOVPLUS. Because just as the name says, we offer features + much more. Our aim is to provide our customers with a comprehensive and user-friendly experience that goes beyond what the government currently provides. If there are any misunderstandings regarding our website, it may be due to a lack of thorough reading. We recommend that you carefully review our website before forming any assumptions or accusations. This practice will help prevent misunderstandings and enhance communication. On June 11th, you submitted an application for *** PreCheck Renewal with our company. The following day, we sent you an email informing you that you were ineligible for an online renewal as we found no record for a previous *** PreCheck application or membership. On June 13th, you responded that you never had a *** PreCheck before and asked us to treat your application as a new one. On June 14th, we reached out to you to offer assistance in booking an appointment that would be convenient for you. We provided you with the nearest location based on your mailing address and the earliest possible date and time. On June 15th, we sent you an email with your confirmed appointment schedule, which included all the necessary details.

You had also expressed your desire for your wife's appointment to be scheduled at the same location, date, and time as yours. To proceed, we asked you to provide us with the email address associated with your wife's application, which you provided as ******************* However, when we attempted to locate the application on the morning of June 15th at 9:32 AM EST, we were unable to find it, until it was created at 10:57 PM EST on the same day. On June 20th, we sent *************** a reminder email to choose her appointment from the options provided. She provided her preferred dates, expressing her intention to attend with you but unfortunately, those dates were already fully booked at her preferred location. At *** facilities, applicants with scheduled appointments are given priority over those who walk in without an appointment. Showing up at the facility does not guarantee that an agent will attend to you in order to process your application. Which was why we also requested alternative dates and times but did not receive a reply. Please note that we make every effort to accommodate our clients' preferred appointment schedules, but in cases where the preferred location is fully booked, we rely on our customers' timely approval of alternative dates to complete the application. We would have been happy to reschedule your appointment to coincide with hers if we had been asked.
We are also upfront about all costs, and we include a disclaimer on our payment page that reads "Government fees are not included." This disclaimer is displayed directly below the amount to be paid in bold letters before you enter your credit card information. Our Terms & Conditions, which you must acknowledge before submitting your payment, clearly state that "You may request a refund at any time. However, no refund can be issued if an application has been completed or processed." This policy is in place to discourage individuals from taking advantage of the refund policy to receive free services. It's essential to act with integrity by paying for the services received instead of using them up and then asking for a refund. Please note that appointment details were provided upon your request and are considered rendered services.
Rest assured that there was no need for you to submit another application at the *** facility as we have already processed your initial application and provided you with the necessary appointment details. Please note that we went above and beyond to ensure that you received prompt and excellent service from GOV+. Therefore, it would be not accurate to claim that we provided you with nothing or that you did not receive anything from us. As for Mrs ****** application, we are confident in our ability to accommodate our clients' requests. However, if we do not receive a response from the customer, despite many attempts from us, it would be impossible for us to deliver without cooperation.
We highly prioritize customer satisfaction. Therefore, we have processed 2 full refunds of $97, therefore the total amount coming back to you, for both your and your wife's applications, is $194, despite it not being aligned with our policies. We understand that the services have already been provided and we hope that this gesture of goodwill is appreciated. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to be posted, as bank processing times may vary. Emails containing the refund confirmation details have been sent to you and to your wife. Kindly acknowledge the receipts. We are confident that we have addressed all of your concerns and resolved the matter by processing your requests. We consider this matter closed.
