    I submitted my passport application believing they were submitting the form for me and it would be quicker doing it myself. Nowhere in the materials does it say they take all my personal information and *********** a form and MAIL IT TO ME. It then requires me to turn around and mail it to the passport agency. What a joke. Download the form and mail it yourself. This is scam.

    As per our records, we acknowledge your successful completion of the Passport Renewal application through our platform, and we appreciate your confirmation of receiving the special mail-in materials that were dispatched to you. However, we would like to clarify the status of your TSA Renewal application prior to cancellation, which was in processing as the government fee has yet to be settled.

    We understand that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the submission process. Please note that our goal is to streamline and simplify the application process for our customers. While we strive to submit forms on your behalf whenever possible, it's important to highlight that certain forms, including passport renewal applications, necessitate the submission of your current passport as mandated by the passport agency. Many of our customers find value in our service as it eliminates the need for time-consuming visits to notaries, banks, or post offices for tracking, all of which we provide online for your convenience.

    We recognize that the perception of doing a task yourself can sometimes be different from the reality once the work is underway. If you genuinely believe that handling these applications on your own would have been a quicker process, we respect your perspective. To address your concerns, we have initiated a refund of $187 for your passport renewal application and the $97 software fee for your TSA Renewal application.

    Regarding the mention of data handling, we want to clarify that our service does not involve taking all your personal information and directly printing it on a form for mailing. We emphasize in our materials that certain documents need to be submitted on your end. Our commitment to customer satisfaction means we are always available for communication through various channels, including email, phone, and chat. If you encountered any challenges in understanding our product or instructions on our website, reaching out to us directly would have allowed us to provide the necessary assistance.

    We deeply regret that our services did not align with your expectations, and we value your feedback. Your experience is not reflective of our intended customer service standards. In an effort to rectify the situation, we have processed a full refund of $284 to your charged account on September 22nd, 2023. A confirmation email has also been sent, which we understand you have opened promptly. Please note that while we process refunds in real-time, it may take 1-3 business days for the refund to be posted back to your account, as bank processing times can vary.
