    I did my passport application and sent my documents in in January for review that required an estimated 2-3 days. Its more now been 2-3 months with no word. Im starting to feel *******

    *** submitted an application for a passport, about a month ago. I got to step number 10 where they say it takes 3 business days to review application its been a month and no one has reached out or any updates given. I even paid to get it expedited, so I can receive it faster. Ive been seeing their ad and I figured I can go through them to get my passport to save myself all the hassle at the post office. But unfortunately I am going through more of a hassle with govplus. I recently logged back into my govplus account to check passport application status and it shows Ive only completed 20% of my application. Steps I have already completed, are showing that I havent even started them. *** reached out to customer service and it takes forever to get in contact with anyone. Ill never go through this again
