    The GovPlus website is very difficult to navigate. The forms page will blank so you think you missed a step but the system has charged your account already. Then the system asks for you to confirm your email and phone number but again the steps are very confusing. Then when you get to what you think is the last step they ask if you want to add additional services to the account and lastly they require more money for the final process. there is never a Running total of your fees or estimated amount you will finally have to pay. I finally ended up paying $407.00 for my passport with all the extra stuff they added on. I have been trying to finalize this for 2 months. And will now wait another month to see if I get my passport.

    Very awkward wen site that kept crashing. Every time you re- entered your information they charged my credit card again. Trying to contact their "help" line was futile. No one answered nor replied by email.I would not recommend this business!

    I chose to go through Gov + to get a new social security card with name change as I had gotten married . I received a blue box with one piece of paper in it no instructions. I reached out via chat as to whether I needed to send and documents the person replied I don't think so . We'll I sent my social security card , birth certificate and marriage license. My marriage license was mailed back to me . I was told the Feb 13th my application was being processed. Today I still do not have my card I was told that my application was on hold because social security needs more documents. Well I called social security off this morning. They have nothing in their system as far as me applying for a new card with name change . I told the lady what was going on and she said we do not do any buisness with 3rd parties . I was told it was on hold then told I'm not even in the system. To me this is a lie frankly . I have been going back and forth through chat with someone at Gov + and they offered me half of the fees I paid as a refund . After all of this I don't even want a refund . The person was very nice I will say that . I have a appointment tomorrow morning to get my new social security card with name change . For free . They need to take the Gov out of their buisness name very misleading.

    First time user with Gov+. Process for a passport renewal was easy, each step monitored thru a dash board. Once I submitted a proper photo, paid the fees required, forms came back to me with a prepaid trackable USPS mailer. Three weeks later I had my passport. Well done!
