    NO REFUND, COMPLETE **** I tried to submit my picture 5 times, then I was told after weeks of each one pending that I needed to go to CVS. When I asked could I upload from my phone is was told no. Then when I asked for a refund it was a 7 day policy but you won't even get that far in the process in 7 days.

    Gov+ is a total ****. I sent everything in in January. Received an email that I needed to redo my photo, so I did. March 22nd I received a notification that my box was delivered. It wasn't. I emailed Gov+. They said we had a glitch and it wasn't mailed out because you need to redo your photo again. I asked why I never received an email telling me I need to redo my photo again? All they could say was you need to redo your photo. So I did 5 times in less than 24 hours and they had an excuse each time on why it wasn't acceptable. I don't recommend using Gov+ for anything. The Better Business Bureau has had numerous complaints. It's been 3 months since I started the process with Gov+ and have gotten no where. I did my passport application with the U.S. State department printed it of and will take it in tomorrow to my local passport office.

    The GovPlus website is very difficult to navigate. The forms page will blank so you think you missed a step but the system has charged your account already. Then the system asks for you to confirm your email and phone number but again the steps are very confusing. Then when you get to what you think is the last step they ask if you want to add additional services to the account and lastly they require more money for the final process. there is never a Running total of your fees or estimated amount you will finally have to pay. I finally ended up paying $407.00 for my passport with all the extra stuff they added on. I have been trying to finalize this for 2 months. And will now wait another month to see if I get my passport.
