    Same as previous person. I applied in January. I finally got a human being today after my third try. They found an error on my application thanks to my inquiry, doubt they would have reached me to tell me about it. Live person must've been from another country because they didn't use proper English. My family applied for their passports in January like me, but the traditional way, and they've already received theirs. Meanwhile, this is supposed to be an expedited service, and only God knows when I receive my passport. They don't issue any refunds just like the previous person said unless it's within seven days of applying. I agree this is a total scam, and they should be put out of business and not allowed to advertise on ********.

    I would put zero stars if that was available. On January 28th 2025 I received an email from GovPlus that the government had received my passport renewal application. I have asked GovPlus multiple times why it is taking so long to get my passport completed and sent back. I paid ****** to expedite the application and am told it is still being processed. The latest email I received from GovPlus states they have a team researching the progress of my application which I received on Saturday 4/5. I have also checked the REAL government site as instructed by GovPlus to check on the status of my application and it says it is unavailable. So where is my application? I have had zero real answers for over two months. I just want to know what is going on with my application and when I should expect my passport. I paid a ridiculous amount of money to get my passport renewed faster than 9 plus weeks.

    This is an absolute scam. You can't actually talk to a real person. They took my money right away. They said they delivered my paperwork but nothing came. Can't get in touch with anyone for real answers other that we are sorry to hear your not satisfied. Please don't give them your money.

    My review is exactly like Terri K’s. Filled out my forms and paid my money. Was told 3 days for over a month. Got no where with them. Angry as hell. I paid 67 dollars and 130 in early March. People need to know not to use them!!

    This online service is a fraud. DO NOT USE! They took application fees and expedited service money from me to get a new social security card. They basically send you an envelope addressed to your field office. You do the rest. If you need help its all AI. I finally got a human to respond and they refunded my expedite charge. After a month of not hearing anything, I went down to my field office to look for my original ID. They never heard of the service and assured me there is no expedite service. At this point I just wanted to find my ID. There was a really helpful field manager who found my envelope in a back office that had not even been processed. Im so glad I paid for expedite service!I took care of it myself and it was all free.

    I ordered and paid for a new Social Security Card and what was sent, with an improper delay, was a Social Security Card application. This is unacceptable and a total scam!
