    I started an application on 18DEC24 for a new card. I recieved an email in January 2025 saying it was on its way. When I didn't recieve it I called and was told it was a bug in the system and I should recieve my card shortly. Last week I spoke to ******* on the phone and was demanding my documents back because of how long it has taken. She told me to wait a couple more days and if it didn't show up or the application was not received, to call back. I just spent 2 hours on the phone waiting to speak with someone and within 2 minutes of requesting my documents, the call was dropped from their end. This place is a scam business that conducts fraud against their clients. Do not use this place for anything as it will take way longer than it should to get done what you need to get done.

    I paid for the expedited service for my passport and GOV plus pro longs the process even more! You?re better off doing it directly with the agency. I called the *************** to put a urgent travel alert on my application and they had it shipped the next day. Little to my knowledge, GOV plus has it shipped to their office and then they ship it to you, making the process longer than it should. The customer service also takes more than the time they said to get back to you and the response is clearly AI generated. I paid them over $500 for the service and they absolutely let me down. Do not use. This is a scam, they just create more barriers and red tape to get your documents.
