  Zoe ********* ******** has provided excellent service in helping me with the passport renewal process. I am most impressed with how quickly she responded to a concern I had regarding verification of my personal information. The renewal process can be rather daunting and *** responded to several emails from me in a most timely and proficient manner. What stands out the most for me is that she was very sincere and seemed to care that my issue was addressed in a satisfactory manner which it was. I honestly didn't expect the level of assistance I received from her. I would suggest that she be recognized for her efforts by her supervisors. She strikes me as an excellent employee and an asset to government service.

  Zoe ********* ******** was extremely competent and professional in helping my wife and I to renew our passports. My wife received her passport in three weeks and I received mine in five weeks. Ms.******** returned my questions promptly and was available on the few occasions that I needed to contact her.

  Mistakenly chose them after a quick internet search. I thought I was dealing directly with the State Department.They are much more expensive than going direct and they took longer than it took my wife to renew her passport directly at the same time.Avoid them.

  I used a search engine to find out about initial passport application. Gov.assist came up and I thought it was a legit company. They told me that it would be $119 for a 10 year passport. I filled out the application. I was sent an email to say that the documents were ready and I needed to go to the ************ which I did. At the post office I was asked for another $165. I questioned this because I had already paid $119 to gov.assist. I was informed that this website is not reputable and blamed for many scams.I want my money back, and this website should be investigated.
