    I worked with Edgar B. on my Global Entry Membership this past year. I’m writing this review to highlight his superior leadership and excellent communication skills. I appreciate Edgar’s attention to detail and technical support, every step of the way. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took time to understand and applied his experience to advise me on the process to clarify my application. Over the course of 6 months, we exchanged numerous emails and phone calls. Whenever Edgar made a commitment he backed it up as promised. I trusted him and valued his leadership. I highly recommend him for his outstanding service to the Global Entry team. Great Job Edgar!!     I used Gov Assist to renew my passport online. It was nice to not have to go to the store and wait in a long line and do it right from my home. They assigned me a rep to help me with the process and she was very responsive and helpful.

    Used this site to help get myself and kids passports. Looked like a legitimate service but after providing payment things got fishy. They provided no phone number to call, they dont return emails. Now Im afraid they will sell my social security number and other information.

    I paid to have this service which included passport photos. I uploaded mine and instead of them rejecting it or notifying me that the image wasnt good enough, they mailed me the paperwork and told me to go somewhere and have the photo taken. It cost me another 30 bucks for something that I already paid for. I brought it to their attention and they ignored me and closed my request as complete. They also were not timely when they did respond. This is way too expensive to have poor response times, no response and no photos ( the most convenient part and why I paid for the service)

    Smooth, Quick, and Truly Helpful! 5 STARS I don’t usually write reviews for the BBB site, but I had such a great experience with Gov Assist that I had to share here. From start to finish, the passport process was incredibly smooth and efficient—no stress, no confusion. What really stood out, though, was the amazing support I got from Aura ******. She was kind, courteous, patient, and really went above and beyond to make sure everything communicated was clear and handled properly. Although much was handled via the web, it felt like I was talking to a real person who actually cared (because she did!). The interface was super easy to use, and I felt guided every step of the way. If you're on the fence, I totally recommend using Gov Assist—especially if you get to work with someone like Aura ******.
