  Getting through the **** application to the US wasnt easy and wouldnt have been finished without the Govassist Agency assistance.   ZERO STARS!!!Absolutely horrible. Do not get scammed by this horrible company. I requested a refund before my passport kit was sent. The automated service said I was eligible for a refund because I was within my 180 day window but they still sent the kit after I requested a refund. Now they're trying to offer a 30% refund. NOT ACCEPTABLE. When you try to reach customer service all you reach is a voicemail. These scammers need to be shut down. They're stealing money. How can you proceed with an order that hasn't been sent after I was told I was eligible for a refund? Also when you try to connect with them via email you're sent a message saying your email will be sent to another person. To top it all off, I received the passport kit and the INFORMATION IS INCORRECT. Having to deal with the delays, lack of customer service, and the incorrect information on my passport I strongly believe I'm entitled to a full refund. Especially since I requested before the kit was mailed. SCAMMERS SCAMMERS SCAMMERS!!!

  Not a government site!They take your money and send you a form that you could have printed yourself.Every ***** you give them goes to them, you have to pay the government fee on ****** took them three weeks to send me a piece of paper and take my money.I gave up, then used the government website. The whole process with the government website, starting all over again, to getting the new passport in my hands, took 14 ******* NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!

  Govassist leads you to believe that you are renewing your passport thru them. The name alone lets you feel and believe it is a legit company connected with the government when working on renewing your passport. I filled out the form on line, which was the same as the legal form needed. I attempted to do the photographs (on-line) which were rejected by their company which caused me to have to find my own and pay for my own photographs. They did send me the form that I had filled out along with a **** folder (which are free). Once I collected my own photographs, I decided to contact the company since they were asking for an additional ****** dollars to then be paid to the *******************. I believed and felt that since paying the ****** dollars that I had already paid for my renewal. I was told by the company that the ****** was for their services. I explained that I believed them to be the actual company renewing my passport and felt as if they had just taken my ****** and mislead me to believe what services that I would be receiving. They did agree that since I had to purchase my own photos that I should be refunded. They sent up a request for a refund, but I am sure they will find a way to not refund the money. In the future and I will recommend to all to do better research than what I did and make sure you are filing with the actual state. This system in my opinion is taking advantage and taking persons monies.

The additional $130 is the mandatory fee charged by the ************************ for processing any passport renewal, regardless of how it is submitted. We understand how this can be unclear if not reviewed in full during the application process, and weve recently introduced further measures to improve transparency and reduce misinterpretation.

  I found this process to be easy, the hardest part was taking a decent picture of myself! It did seem like it took a while, this was a renewal not an entirely new passport. But I was able to get updates throughout the process. I would recommend using this website!
