    ****** helped all along the way with any questions or problems. When I called in I was helped immediately. Once our passports were sent in we received our new passports within 3 weeks or so. I would definitely use them again.

    Kristofer M. made the entire process easy to navigate and to understand. The passport was received less than a month after the initial application was submitted. Communication during the process was very efficient. One thing I think can be improved upon is to make the new passport active when the current one expires. I have about a five month overlap from when the new one is active and the old one expires. I am essentially paying double for that five month period. A small thing that should be easy to correct.

    *** ********* ******** was excellent. She followed up via email and phone multiple times to help me get my application submitted. Also, my ********* kept providing me with photos that were not accepted. *** reformatted the photos to allow for a successful ************** international trip looks like it will move forward as planned and that is in large part due to ***s persistence.

    ******* was an amazing help in renewing our passports. She reached out to correct some minor issues and kept us informed during the whole process. She personally eliminated the Black Hole of No Info normally associated with ******************** Many thanks!

    Krestofer ******* was helpful with renewing our passports online. It took a little longer than I thought, but I was renewing well in advance of needing my passport so it wasn't a problem for me at all.

    Fedalina was very prompt, (unlike me w this survey Ive been meaning to fill out for mos!)What can be a tricky, tiresome, frustrating experience, was smooth as silk b/c of her ******************************** is also patient, and empathetic towards Sr ******** like me, who struggle with IT, and online paperwork!     I realized a little late( when I saw the price) that this was a third party and not the govt so I requested refund through email and was answered in less than 24 hours saying that they voided the application and my credit card would not be charged. Great customer service to someone who requested a refund.
