      My wife and I both used Govassist LLC to apply for new passports. We both had problems uploading acceptable photos but I, in the end, succeeded. But we were not sure about her photo.After our initial application, we got emails from support at Govassist from a *** ********. She was very responsive and always answered our inquires. She checked on my wife's photo. She kept us informed and told us when our passport kits were shipped and followed up after they ********** it turned out my wife never successfully uploaded her photo and the one I uploaded was later rejected. But that did not hold up the process. Both our kits came with a note to get a new passport photo to send in with the application which we are about to do and send in the applications to the Department of State.We were 100% satisfied!

      Zoe ********* ******** has provided excellent service in helping me with the passport renewal process. I am most impressed with how quickly she responded to a concern I had regarding verification of my personal information. The renewal process can be rather daunting and *** responded to several emails from me in a most timely and proficient manner. What stands out the most for me is that she was very sincere and seemed to care that my issue was addressed in a satisfactory manner which it was. I honestly didn't expect the level of assistance I received from her. I would suggest that she be recognized for her efforts by her supervisors. She strikes me as an excellent employee and an asset to government service.

      Zoe ********* ******** was extremely competent and professional in helping my wife and I to renew our passports. My wife received her passport in three weeks and I received mine in five weeks. Ms.******** returned my questions promptly and was available on the few occasions that I needed to contact her.

      Mistakenly chose them after a quick internet search. I thought I was dealing directly with the State Department.They are much more expensive than going direct and they took longer than it took my wife to renew her passport directly at the same time.Avoid them.
