    After trying several times to successfully upload my photo on the website, I went to a passport photo provider (************) which cost $25.00! When I tried to upload the photo from CVS, it too was rejected, as well. In frustration, I requested help. **** **** contacted me and was able to edit my photo and upload it. He kept me informed with the process and I received my passport as promised. My rating reflects the problems with using the website, but recognizes the help I received from **** ****.

    David was so pleasant and professional. His follow up was excellent. The uploading of the picture was completely ridiculous. STAND UP STRAIGHT AND OPEN YOUR EYES. Um I am. Very annoying.

    ****. ****. **** Buyer beware. They take your money, dont provide a passport then say they cant refund your money. Take my advice its worth making an appointment at the post office and its cheaper.

    Refund eligibility depends on how far along your application was when your request was made. Once certain processing steps have been completed, a full refund may no longer be applicable, as outlined in our policy. That said, in many cases where theres a misunderstanding or concern, we do our best to offer a resolution, including partial refunds as a gesture of goodwill.

    We also want to note that the scope and cost of our service is transparently presented before payment is made, and users must actively agree to the terms before proceeding.

    Very helpful and easy to work with. Only 4 star since the original Passport photo uploaded was "accepted" online, but was not "Invalid Photo" once I received the passport application packet. I had to arrange another photo at local ********* and pay extra for that before submitting completed application to **********************. Otherwise, very good experience with Govassist .
