      This business pretends to be a business agency and is not. I asked that my order be cancelled, and it was not. ****** ****** was particularly unhelpful.

      Also, please understand that all refund requests are handled according to our terms of service. Since the service had already been rendered, a refund whether full or partial, is no longer applicable at this stage.

      Eh, I paid them and got it done. They really didn't do much for me other than take my info and put it to paper. That's what you get for being lazy I guess. Do it yourself, save money.

      I would have given this place a 1 since I didn't mean to go through them. They were helpful but once I realized this was not a direct passport request, I started freaking out. ****** immediately put my request for a refund once I realized what I had done, I spoke with someone on the What's App chat and then I got a reply from Mashiel letting me know they were refunding my money. To clarify, I was just doing a simple passport renewal. I thought I was doing it at a dot gov site but somehow I messed up and ended up at Gov ******* When they contacted me, I thought they were just working with the passport office but then they sent me a link to pay for my passport. That is when I realized I had done something wrong. It only took a few days from that realization to get my full refund. They immediately responded when I started asking questions and didn't try to hide anything. If I did need help with a **** or a passport, I wouldn't hesitate using them. I kind of thought it was a bait and switch type of thing but then their great customer service turned my error into a positive experience. They didn't hide anything or try to talk me into keeping them to do my passport. I respect that and it changed my mind about this company.

      **** lost my original passport at their processing facility, so it needed to be reissued. ******* at Govassist was very communicative and helpful in the original processing as well as follow up in the reissue process. Thanks *******!
