      Oh man where do I start, I purchased a domain from Ionos for my company and boy was I in for an unexpected surprise. Not even a year later I was charged again in which I believed I was under a contract for a year but was charged again for some reason. Well I called several times to get this situated and each time the customer service representatives were very rude and were not helpful at all telling me “i don’t know what you want me to do, I can’t do anything for you”. Instead of crediting the balance that was falsely charged, they credited my bank without my knowledge. I then received another bill a month later and ran into the same problem again with their customer service team until I was finally able to speak with a supervisor after getting upset and speaking on getting my attorney involved. Shortly after the supervisor had insured me that the charges and and everything along with this folio were cleared and I have nothing to worry about. Well this was a lie as I received a notice from a collection agency stating I owe them money for charges never paid to Ionos. Please be careful where you put your money and I would recommend never using this company as I have

      This is the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. They blocked my contract and sites without any explanation, didn't provide any notes and haven't answered my questions for more than 20 days. Chat with the support and telephone conversations with the support and security service lead to nothing. All they say is "Wait". Avoid this company!

      This company hosts scammers websites and probably other money laundering types of sites. There is 0 vetting that goes into sites, I have told them many times to shut down a site that has been pretending to be a delivery company and many people have fallen into their scam. Why hasn't this company been fined? goes beyond me, if these companies are not held accountable for their crappy like vetting systems and other nefarious activities, people will just get scammed right and left. Please take down this site *******************************************, even the name is hilariously bad, what a joke of a company.

      I had to call 4 different times & email countless others to get my contracts cancelled. Even though is was their fault for continuously charging me after I asked multiple times for the account to be cancelled, I was made to pay the extra charges in order to cancel. Don't use this service unless you plan on staying with them forever.

      Be very careful when you sign up for hosting. They lock you into a one year contract and will not let you cancel before the year is up. When you go to cancel it says you have to call in to cancel. You call in and tell you you are not allowed to cancel. I wasn’t looking for a refund, I was only looking to cancel so my auto renewal would not change me. Very disappointed. Rude and unhelpful customer service, all they do is repeat themselves.

      We apologize for the confusion regarding the cancellation process. When signing up for your service there is a 30 day money back guarantee that allows cancellation within the first 30 days. However, after the first 30 days you are held to contract however, you are able to request the deactivation of the autorenewal within the control panel. While we would be unable to provide a refund after the first 30 days, the account will be set for cancellation upon renewal.       In addition, we have sent this information to our Quality Assurance Team for quality and training purposes. This team will properly address the agent handling this case and advise management for areas of improvement or take the appropriate actions necessary.

      - Customer since 2019. Bought 2 domain names.
      - Turned off auto renewal and paid manually every year in Feb (renewal date).
      -Nov 2022, inexplicably and without my authorization charged my card twice for $15.17 eventhough renewal date is 3 months away.
      -Called Ionos about charges. They denied charging anything and have no invoice to support it.
      -Filed a chargeback with CC. Ionos blocked access and closed my account as retaliation.

      WORSE COMPANY EVER. THEY WILL SCAM YOUR MONEY. I'VE BEEN USING THEM FOR A FEW YEARS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE FOR $15.07 EVEN THOUGH I DID NOT ENABLE AUTO PAY AND IT WASN'T EVEN TIME TO BILL ME. I CALLED THEM AND THEY SAID THEY HAD NO INVOICE SHOWING I WAS CHARGED BUT IT WAS POSTED ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT. I DID A CHARGE BACK AND THEY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH A SHADY INCOMPETENT COMPANY.

      I went to upgrade my domain which is a plus for the company only to be blocked because I had an old account with them when they were 1&1.com they stated I owed $300 but could not give me any info on the phone I could only communicate through email only. WHAT? you want money from an account closed under your old name and blocked my present account to move forward and give you more money but wont talk to me about it! I don't do business that way and neither should they. I have tried all day to talk to someone but they have tied the hands of their customer service representatives. In short they have screwed me and I will end up losing my domain because Im sure they wont release it with them thinking I owe them money when I don't. (Which why several years later are they now looking at it?) crazy way to do business. So I will be forced to pay$300 or lose everything I have created... What's to keep them from doing that again? They may change their name again and do the same to me. What makes me really mad is that they will not discuss on the phone with me, that is sketchy to me. Very disappointed in this. I do not feel valued at all and this says I and my business and yours does not matter
