      BEWARE and stay away!I have wasted more than 6 hours troubleshooting how to connect my domain to ****** Workspace. I have called customer service and spoken with several folks, and they were unable to troubleshoot. After two weeks of attempting to connect and establish the account, I went ahead and cancelled the IONOS contract for ****** Workspace. I'm currently trying to connect my domain directly to ****** Workspace using ****** services. However, IONOS has stated that they cannot assist me because I don't have a contract for another service with them, and they therefore cannot access my account. It is a scam, because you do not own your domain; therefore, what is the domain hosting service IONOS supposedly provides?

      I believed their product would host several websites. They advertised that the hosting would handle many independent domains. That was cool, so I made the first with them as the registrar. Then another, but as I tried to make them all host under the same hosting agreement, as in shared hosting, the system required a different email for each login. By the time I figured out how that it made three hosting plans, independent, like two weeks later or so, they were unavailable to fix the problem and put the site together.They have all but worn me out trying to get anyone to do anything about it, I feel like this is *** in the 1980's. I have paid plenty of money and not had one day of hosting, other than a parking page because they don't have even poor customer support.They are totally unresponsive.I can't really say enough negative about their business practices. I could imagine them saying.... "Well we don't **** anymore than the hosting services from *******!" They must seed their reviews or have robots write positive nonsense here and there. I've reasonable and not too stupid, this company probably follows their interpretation of the agreements, but they don't care at all about responding to people who pay them money and don't get what they believed and were told they were buying. ******

      Hello, I am being forced to stick with the services that I am not interested in and highly dissatisfied.I signed up for a domain name, I got dragged into signing up for sum of the monthly free trial services. I wasn't in a position to call them and discontinue the free trial services before the beginning of the 2nd month. I got charged for about $70, when I called them to cancel the services, I am told that I have signed up for a year. It appears they are structured primarily to lock customers into a long-term agreement, rather than ensure genuine satisfaction or value. The lack of flexibility, prohibitive cancellation fees, and ineffective resolution processes effectively trap customers This approach feels more like a mechanism for profit at the customers expense than a fair, service-oriented agreement.Please do not get trapped.

      My company was looking for a service to process to migrate to dedicated server. As service IONOS was not clear, we have called few times to confirm is what we needs work. we tried 3 different service after talking to support that each solution is supposed to provide what we need, but did not.Tried to cancel with in 7 days of order, they have not canceled 1 of the order and now they tell me we are lock in a service that we do not need.30 day money back is lie. Also, they did not cancel the service so now we are locked in the contract. Company is Fraudulent and billing nor tech support understand their own product.

      i signed up for a free months trial and did not realise they were taking money out of my bank on the first day, then when i tried to cancel i was told that if i didnt pay they would send me to collections because i had unknowingly signed up for a years contract, .. A YEAR i didnt even know if i wanted it for the month, i honestly forgot that i had signed up and they automatically renew my subscription.. she would not let me talk on the phone and kept cutting me off, trying to make me feel small by using phrases such as ... well you are the one that signed up for it, i did not realise at any point i was signing up for a year... shady shady company, do not use ... i still cant find out how to cancel with them

      I signed up for a $1 trial and forgot to cancel it. When I noticed the charge, I called IONOS only to find out I had been locked into a one-year contract I didnt knowingly agree to. Apparently, the terms were buried in the fine print.Since then, theyve been charging me nearly $70/month for a service I never used. The cancellation process is deliberately frustrating: you have to cancel online, and then call them to confirm which involves long hold times just to speak with someone from their sales team who tries to talk you out of leaving.Whats worse, the representative I spoke to never told me I was still locked into a year of payments. I only found out the following month after being charged again. One agent even told me I wouldnt be billed anymore, but that turned out to be false. When I called back, they denied ever saying that and refused to stop the charges.Whether or not its legal, it feels incredibly unethical to keep charging someone for a service theyre not using. I am now being contacted to consolidate my contracts but still have to pay $46 monthly for the next one year when I am not even using their *********** could at least for good will save customers like me who have not used your services at all (you can check your application logs) but are forced to pay because I had urgent issues to attend to and an hourly wage job to be worried about

      I contacted IONOS to build my web site. However. 2 appointments was scheduled but never got a callback. I contacted IONOS to cancel my account since no one had contacted me and I dont want to due any business with you. However, they had a card information. The girl said she was would cancel the contract/paper work.IONOS is a fraud company and employees with a bad attitude. They are a horrible company.They never builded me a web site.She quoted me $1.00 a month for 12 months.Charged my card $65.00 monthly and refused to cancel the paper work they processed on my credit card. Even though again NEVER build a web site.I contacted them again today spoked to ***** who said refuse the charge. I explained IONOS never built a web site. Can he check his records to see if a web site was built. He said there is nothing showing that IONOS did a web site. Therefore, I said cancel the paperwork and credit my account back for $390.00 the recently added.I hope that Better Business Bureau would close down IONOS for being a fraudulent company.Peoples Please NEVER do business with IONOS. They are the horrible, fraudulent, get your money and never do the ********* I never signed any paperwork with them,

      2 days after I signed up with IONOS I was in a severe accident. In the time it took to recover, I honestly forgot I had taken that step, the project I was starting is still on hold. In the meantime I have started more of a hobby and needed a domain. I signed up for the domain, they charged me, and then said it "My card was declined" yet it was charged. I called and was told I had a passed due balance. I explained that nothing there was ever used. She even confirmed it wasn't. IONOS is only concerned about money and has zero compassion for those that bring that money to them.

      WORST company EVER!!! When you try to go through their portal to CANCEL, they make you call one of their 'tech support' people to finalize the deal.
      So, you talk to someone who says they've canceled your contract, but you still receive tons of emails and texts saying you owe them money.
      You also receive tons of emails warning you that your domain will expire!
      I NEVER used the domains I registered and WANTED them to EXPIRE!!!
      This all happened at the worst time in my life. My dog had just had to be put down. I had named my new 'potential' business after her, but then had to deal with her failing health for months.
      This company lacks a soul. Their cancellation emails are meaningless!
      I had to call Ionos yet again, when their emails kept coming. The Ionos rep said that my cancellation wasn't in the system properly and the only way to fix it was to revoke the cancellation, and then re-cancel. I asked if that would stop the emails and the rep said, "Yes."
      The emails kept coming... then texts non-stop.
      If you sign with Ionos, you sign into a world of hurt. IMPOSSIBLE TO STOP HARRASSMENT!!
