      My purchase was very fast. The picture of the item was clear from all angles. You even had a customer vehicle showing how it would look on my Jeep. The price was more than fare. The explanation of the total bill was very clear. The speed of shipment is quick. I’m quite happy with doing business with your company.

      Absolutely terrible customer service experience. An honest mistake was made with my order by one of their reps over the phone. That mistake resulted in me being over-charged. A few hours after the order was made, I contacted customer service expecting to get a refund for the amount I was over-charged. I was given a very hard time over receiving a refund (was offered store credit that expired in one month instead). When I finally fought for a refund of my money, they would not even provide the full/correct amount I was owed. I would absolutely never shop with them again and I would advise everyone else to shop elsewhere as well.

      Appears to be a good quality product, however time will tell. Product should make directions better as it is easier to attach brackets to bars first then to truck vice attach brackets to truck then the bars. Would also be nice to have been warned that one should thread all bolts first and back out. Shipped fast and packaged great.
