      Extreme Terrain is a great company with a good response time and comparable pricing. Shipping issues I've had hasn't been due to them but rather fedex home deliveries that are due to arrive anytime on Sunday to Monday. Fedex Home deliveries only run on these days until 10 am, however, Fedex still counts it as an attempted delivery even if they don't have time to make it to your house, and will mark it as customer not home or business closed. There was only going to be one more "attempt" to deliver my most recent package on a Tuesday when I wasn't going to be home to sign for the package. After complaining they left it at a local fedex location for pickup. I'm still recieving delivery notifications from fedex about the package I had to go pick up. Evidently their system was still telling Extreme Terrain it hadn't been delivered yet as well. Also, the box had been badly damaged when I picked it up, luckily the product was still usable. Fedex at the local pickup blamed this on Extreme Terrain saying thats how they received it for shipping. Extreme Terrain has never sent me a package in such condition. I'd advise Extreme Terrain to changed shippers for a better customer experience.
