      Website is very easy to navigate. I recieved my order on time. Both items in original boxes and there was no wear and tear. I say this specifically because I bought a fastpaq 5 tuner for my 2011 Wrangler so it must have been sitting a while.

      I ordered an item online and two days later received notice it was discounted, when I placed the ordered I was told I get a $50.00 discount on the next order because I spent $400.00, I called to see what could be done as this item was marked down almost $50.00 they told me they would give me the coupon that was promised after I was left on hold for 30 minutes but now I have to spend $300.00 and it must be done in 3 days but now that I know they randomly discount items I don't want to be in the same situation but I also notice Amazon and E bay seems to be $30.00 or more cheaper. going forward I will be buying my jeep parts someplace else by the way I've spent close to $1,500.00 with them and it all ended for me over $50.00

      Inasmuch as my story has a happy ending... I was NOT impressed by ALL the many marketing emails that I constantly received upon simply navigating their website for an item. That being said... I did end up buying a pair of running boards for my pickup. The ordering process was very simple, easy, and to the point... without a bunch of goofing around. My item arrived within a couple days. Installation was easy + good written instructions written ONLY in English! Everything fit perfectly. I'm happy.
