      I almost always have a good experience with ExtremeTerrain. Nice variety of products at fair prices. Easy website to navigate and customer service is top notch when you have a question, want to inquire about a sale price, or just need help deciding what to order. Always recommend them.

      The bull bars was easy to fit. Two of the 12mm bolts could have been 5mm longer as they were a little short. Bolts could have been stainless steel for longevity. Also some rubber bungs could have been provided to cover the spotlight holes for people not wishing to add lights. Just pointing out a couple of improvements I'd make. The bars were well built and look great. I'd recommend them. Not too pricy either.

      Just finished installing my Barricade HD Spare Tire Mount. It's well designed and much sturdier than the stock factory mount with a spacer plate. I'm running 35" BFG's with stock Rubicon Rims on my "sleeper build". The tire fits up tight and low for maximum visibility out the back. The included third brake light bracket fit perfectly. Installation was easy with no modifications and simple tools.

      I had been ordering items from them for seven years after I left ********** without a problem. All items came to my Utah address. I ordered a complete set of brakes and rotors for $500. After seven years some how my Utah address got switched for my old California address in the order. And the package was shipped to my old address. The order had been shipped but there was plenty of time to stop the delivery and have it sent back. I contacted customer service who were so obtuse in their reluctance to help in any way. All they had to do was call *****, stop delivery of the order, have it sent back and ship it to my correct address. They flat out refused to do this and told me to call ***** and have them do it. Of course ***** would not do anything for me since I did not ship the package and told me to contact ExtremeTerrine. I did not cause this situation the company did by putting the old address on the package. I have even received their catalog at my Utah address for seven years so this proves they had a computer glitch if some sort. I filed a claim with my credit card company and they determined no fault on the business. So I had to pay the $500. I continued to order items from them after that incident, all arriving in ****. Then all of a sudden my orders were cancelled. I contacted customer service again. I was told my account has been suspended. In order to remove the suspension they want a letter from my credit card company indicating the case is closed. The case is closed because they received the money from my credit card company and I have been paying the bill for months. Well I think you know by now where they can stick that letter. I will not waste my time obtaining a letter for the privilege of buying stuff from them. This company will not admit their mistake. I offered to take store credit and they refused. I tried to work with them but as obtuse people do, they
