      Im being charged early termination fees for devices that dont belong to my company, and the software on the devices became obsolete while I still had fees due . Cantaloupe should have replaced the obsolete ones with new , but they didnt. I had to buy new ones , and still had to pay off the fees for the old ones

      In November 2023 I was charged a $40 fee on my monthly statement out of nowhere. When I called to inquire about the fee, they explained that it was shipping charges from credit card readers that I had had shipped to my business in June 2023. I explained that the only reason I had to have those readership to me is because the first ones they gave me were faulty. I have been attempting to have this charge removed now since November 2023, and despite five separate emails they have continue to ignore my request. They claim that they do not offer someone to talk in person, and the only way to get a hold of them is to email them regarding the specific issue. In addition, I sold two of my credit card readers that were attached to my vending machines to another company. After the sale, the other company and I both noticed that we were charged for monthly fees, even though neither of us had the credit card reader for the full month. I again reached out and was not given any answer and continue to be ignored via email. When I call the company I am put on hold for hours. when I finally get to talk to someone no one has any information and I can never escalate to a supervisor. This company has deceptive billing practices for small businesses, and after comparing notes with other local small businesses, I am very disappointed.

      I owned 3 credit card reader devices that were transferred to a new owner December 28th, 2023. I continue to receive weekly emails regarding sales activity for these devices; when I called back in January, no one was able to assist me. I have several cases open, one from January 12th, which I have yet to receive a response. I just opened a new case due to receiving an invoice, which I have/will not be paying. When I call now, no one answers on customer service and no one has responded to email requests.

      I requested a device transfer weeks ago. After 10 days of no correspondence from Cantaloupe, they send me a docusign wanting me to agree to $9.99 monthly charge and $10 reconnect fee. They said that the device that they personally mailed to me was never added to my account. The original owner transferred a defective device to me in September 2023. I contacted Cantaloupe, I sent the defective device to **********************, Cantaloupe sent me the replacement device. Now months later, they are saying that THEY never transferred the device to me. Now that I'm trying to transfer it to a new owner, they're being difficult about it and want to charge me again for the transfer. I am being forced to pay for a service I don't want, plus getting taxes on the new owner's sales. This is why I chose Nayax over Cantaloupe. I feel like Cantaloupe is wasting not only my time, but the new owner's as well. I would like to get this transferred immediately. I shouldn't have to pay a dollar when they're the ones who continually drop the ball. I signed the docusign under duress, and will dispute any charges associated with this transfer with my bank.

      I paid at one of their vending machines multiple times and didnt receive my purchase and didnt get my money back. Im solely making this complaint about today 02/27/24 at 2:20pm. I called their company about a refund the lady that answered the phone was very rude and told me I cant get a refund because I paid with cash and I would have to physically see someone. I constantly asked her who I should see she wouldnt give me a name or location to get my money back instead she hung up in my face because she didnt like my tone. Who wouldnt be frustrated if theyre spending $2.50 on a drink/snack on multiple occasions but didnt receive it because of their faulty vending machines. They need to remove their machines out of the apartment or fix them!

      On 7 different days with 11 transactions, the vending machine, that specifically states that there will be no upcharges, charged an additional 15 cents per transaction. After calling the ************ the "customer service" rep was rude, said they are permitted to charge for using a card on the vending machine. Asked what he wanted me to do about it. I asked for a refund. He said how many and I said all of them. He hung up.Advertised price on the machine is $2.00. Charge on card for each transaction was $2.15, not pending charges, ACTUAL charges.Sign on the machine: ATTENTION DEBIT CARD USERS:Your bank will place a HOLD on your account greater than the amount to purchase one or multiple items in a single vend transaction. This HOLD amount will be updated to reflect the actual transaction amount within ***** hours depending the the policy of you bank, Your final charge amount will be only for the items vended. Any question regarding your bank's policy or "Account Holds" should be directed to your bank.

      I have been trying to close my account, I returned the device for my vending machine. It was received Sept 12 2023 to Canteloupe. I'm still getting charged for the device monthly fee. I have made numorus calls and always get the run around. The device was to be deactivated when they got it back and it is still active. Only way to contact the deactivation people is by email- I have sent several emails and never get a response. I get a different answer each time I contact customer service.

      I have spoke with the company again and still getting the runaround- The last device I sent back they received on Sept 12th. They gave mecredit for both devices as being returned qnd now they took ny credit for the last device off of my account. The last device I sent back ended up coming back to me. They had sent it to repair and repair sent it back to me- I adv ised them that I have the device back that I had sent in to them. There was nothing wrong with the device! every time I call them I get a different answer; so it is nothing but a runaround.

      IN June 2022 My husband and I purchased some vending machines that had card readers in them that were serviced by Cantaloupe. The previous owner trasnfered the readers into our name, at no time did we talk to anyone about what that ment. Now I have sold 3 of those machines and a month ago 9/21 I put in a transfer request for the new person that owns the machines. I am not being told that I am in a contract for Cashless Plus, That i was not aware was on the machines, nor was I aware that it was a contract, because no one spoke to me, nor did I agree to the Cashless Plus option. Myself and the new owner of the machines have called several times and have gotten nothing but the run around. WE never get the same excuse as to why this is still not done. I just want the machiens to be transfered to the new person, I don't understand why this is something that has not happened. Nor do i think that they should be able me to any type of contract that i was not informed of when i bought the Vending machines.

      Hello,I am having issues with the software for my vending machine through Canteloupe (Seedlive/Greenlite). I have been working with them over a year to get the machine working. They are non-responsive. They have a phone system that hangs up after 59 minutes on hold. They will not give me a direct line, so the only option is to be on hold for hours a day waiting for customer service. Today I waited for 57 minutes to have ****** talk to me for 4 minutes, and tell me they'll call me back because she doesn't know the answer...that was several hours ago. They keep charging me $20 a month, for services that I'm not receiving.

      I have paid Cantaloupe TENS of THOUSANDS of dollars in transactions fees just last year (2022) to Cantaloupe. Yet they can't figure out their own billing. Or perhaps they are just intentionally trying to rip off their clients. I've replaced the SAME cashless card reader kit FOUR to FIVE times before getting a device that works. Their cashless kits are total JUNK. In addition I have to pay for shipping for each device. With over 20+ machines I've likely spent over a thousand dollars just in shipping in the last year to both get and return their DEFECTIVE devices.To add insult to injury Cantaloupe will OVER BILL you! Unless you catch them and send countless emails, they'll bill you for defective devices that you've returned. That's right you'll fight with them for MONTHS to get your bill correct! This is NOT new. I've been doing this for YEARS with Cantaloupe. Now that *** ************ has bought them out, it's even WORSE. Hard to imagine but true...Stop overcharging me for devices that have clearly been returned.
