    I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle 8-8-22. $2175.00 11-29-24 I had to be towed to my dealership I needed an oil pump and my door handle would not lock. The dealership called **** at Concord Auto Protect insurance he wasnt responding finally there was an answer he was told to take pictures and explain the problem. **** never responded after many calls from me and the dealership. Finally 12-11-24 I have to pay $4020.83. This is an extreme hardship on me.

    Purchased extended warranty from Concord Auto Protect and they are a scam. Took my payment and then never pay for covered repairs. Never return calls and stall with lying over and over!

    I started a policy on 7/12/22 with a vehicle. I sold the vehicle on 9/14/24 and called Concord Auto Protect the next day for a prorated refund which I found out was to be $208. I was told I would receive a check in the mail within 30 days. When I did not receive the check, I sent an email and followed up with a call. I was then told I would receive the check in two weeks. Finally, I called the end of november and was told I would receive my refund within 7-10 business days. Still nothing, called again this morning and got the run around again with 7-10 business days saying they are having computer issues. It has been 3 months at this point and all I want is my pro-rated amount back.

    This Complaint is against Concord Auto Protect-after-market car repair extended warranty company. I contracted with Concord 11/16/2023 for warranty protection. On 10/20/24 I contacted Concord to cancel the remaining portion of the coverage due to a total loss accident with my covered car on 10/16/24. Sales representative ******* **** accepted my cancellation verbally, informing me that I would be refunded the sum of $1075 for the unused portion of my coverage. I could expect a check payment in this amount within 15 days. No written acknowledgement of cancellation was sent to me. As of 12/4/24 no refund payment has been received. Repeated contact with ******* **** produced nothing but a run-around, unanswered voice mail messages; which I have a record of all calls made. In June, *************** ******** ***** filed a civil complaint against Concord, and owner/******* aka **** ******* for non performance on several counts, including discriminating against people over 65, and refusing to issue refunds for unapplied services. I intend to file a complaint with the PA Attorney General to join the lawsuit and/or file a suit independently against Concord and Mr. ******* for damages.

    On 7/1/24 I cancelled an extended vehicle warranty with this company. I was told i would receive a refund check for $500.25 within a week. I have called 6 times since, including today, and have gotten a different response each time regarding my refund and still don't have it. See my notes to each call in the attachments. I think I am overdue after almost 5 months in getting it. Can you help. Thanks

    On 7/11/24 I purchased a extended warranty from Concur Auto Protect. I canceled the on 11/16. Per the terms and conditions a refund of the cost of the plan of $2,720 was to be return to my 7-10 days affter I canceled the warranty. As of this complaint on 11/27 I have not recieved my refund. I have contacted the company on several occassions. I have been told I'll receive my refund within 24 to 48 hours on a follow up call last week. I have been told this week that maybe in two weeks because they need to get more money from the bank. I was also told if I threaten to involve police or attorneys i was not getting my refund.

    Repaired a customer's ******* truck for a warranty from CONCORD AUTO PROTECT and did the work. My initial contact started October 2023 and can send you email threads.The work has been completed and have been awaiting payment for weeks.When I call or the customer (who we both have called numerous times) they hang up on ******** the customer (** ****) called and they blocked his phone so his wife called.They stated the payment was ready and I should call for the payment information which they have been telling me for weeks and then no payment and they hang up.Customer left voicemail for manager and they get no reply.attached i uploaded an email thread and invoice to be paid.I would appreciate receiving a call from them to finalize the payment process as they continue to deflect and for non payment of the claim.

    THEY SHARED WITH YOU GUYS SOMEWHERE THE SAME EMAIL THEY SENT ME AND THE CUSTOMER, THAT STATE THE PROCESS TO GET PAID, IN THAT THEY SAID TO CALL THEIR NUMBER AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME A CARD NUMIBER OVER THE PHONE. EACH TIME I CALL I GET TOLD THEY PAYMENT PROCESSING IS DOWN AT THE MOMENT AND EITHER HANG UP OR TELL ME TO CALL BACK IN A COUPLE OF HOURS OR THE NEXT DAY. EVERY TIME I CALL ITS ONE OF THOSE 3 RESPONSES AND HANG UP.

    Hello!I submitted my refund request several months ago for Policy VSP ******* that was sold to me in 2023 by **** ****** I have been patientlywaiting for the refund check for some time now and lately when i call in ive heard "You will receiveit by the end of the week" to "You will be receivingit in 10 days" These statements were made over a month ago.     I filed a claim on July 8 for my alternator replacement. They want me to use their after market part but garage wouldnt accept it so I paid the full cost and asked they reimburse me their alternator cost and labor at 150 per/hr allowed. I sent the invoice and asked to be reimbursed by check. They still have not reimbursed me. Im sending you emails but I also called them about every 30 days and they said it was on the way. Im only asking for what they agreed to cover to their part price and their labor calculation. The garage would not deal with them directly because they had bad experience with auto warrantee companies in the past and not been reimbursed. Thanks

    I purchased an extended warranty for my 2013 *** M5 from Concord on 6/19/2022 for $4,195. After I was told 2 repairs I needed were not going to be covered I decided there was no use for a warranty if I am never allowed to use. I requested a refund for my pro-rated account on 9/19/2024 and was told that I would receive a check for $2,700 within two weeks. I have called back every two weeks to be told the same thing. The check will be there in two weeks, and that they had a computer crash every time which is why I havent gotten paid. They are have a class action suit against them currently for same thing and I would love to have some assistance on this matter, because this is now putting me in a financial bind since I had to pay for repairs out of pocket, and planned on using the refund to fund the repairs. Please help.
