1 starWe moved into a Toll Brothers Community, Trotters Glen, a year ago purchasing a nearly 2 million dollar home. The community is nearly 6 years old and in that 6 years the neighborhood is STILL not finished. For one, the roads are some of the worst roads in any neighborhood you've ever driven through. We've been told that the paving was going to happen numerous times and in 6 years all that's happened is some patching work a few months ago which honestly made the roads look even worse. Dozens of us have inquires into DH Bader Management who works directly with Toll and were left with zero communication and no answers. We bought into this community that Toll Brothers created thinking that we were moving into a luxurious neighborhood that was well maintained and with the hopes that the roads would be paved and neighbors would be held to high standards in regards to how they take care of their property. Instead we have houses with yards full of weeds, unkept lawns and roads that community members joke are worse than roads in India where they're from. This is a case of neglect by Toll. Instead of finishing Trotters Glen they have left us high and dry to do another project which I'd warn those interested that similar problems are likely to ensue. I would never in a million years buy another Toll home and I hope that these issues can be resolved asap. If you're looking to build a house, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.Toll Brothers, Incorporated

Customer satisfaction is a top priority for Toll Brothers. There were several road repairs required, which are almost complete. In addition, there are a few punch list items to resolve with the County before they will give us permission to surface pave, but our intention is to have the surface paving of the roads completed no later than this Fall. They hold the buyers as a hostage after the sale contract is signed and they never hold up to the promises.

1 starToll Brothers represented themselves as a luxury builder which they are not at all.
They fail to deliver on warranty work from the substandard workmanship.
Paul Pritts who is in charge of customer service for Arizona promised to call me back in three days and now we are four months .
They fraudulently close out open warranty items and boast how they are catching up on repairs.
They do not meet the approved plot plans that they submitted to the city.
Toll now represents what the worse customer service home builder is, stay clear.Toll Brothers, Incorporated

1 starWe enjoyed every part of the building process until we got to the warranty side. Lance and the warranty side constantly lied about issues that were known to TB at install, and often times tried to convince the homeowners that the problem they submitted was not the problem, but something cheaper. . . every time. Then after 4-7 repairs the cheap way, he will cave in to do work the proper way. We do not recommend building wirh TB just for the warranty side. It is higher prices with poor qualities. TB is nothing but a check-collector, that outsources everything to companies with bad reputations.Toll Brothers, Incorporated

1 starI purchased a villa at Toll Brothers Millis MA 02054 and passed papers on 4/29/2020. When I performed the walk through they acknowledged that the backyard needed some help and they assured me that they would take care of this after I moved in. I foolishly believed them to date the hill in the backyard and the backyard without the hill has not been corrected despite contacting them continuously. I even emailed the President in 2022 and in October 2022 Kelle, a landscaping manager with Toll sail that the back needed roto tilling, adding top soil and hydroseeding. Unfortunately, Kellee no longer worked with Toll Brothers when I reached out to see if her instructions would be completed this Spring. I contacted Todd C***** who referred this to Anderson M******. Continually following up with Anderson he stated he did all that he could. I reached out to Todd and no response. I sent an email to the President and I'm awaiting a response. Interesting enough I know a resident at their Scituate complex who had the same issue and they were able to have it resolved the issue by adding sod in the backyard and hill. I do hope they correct the situation before I take further action!!! I certainly gave them ample time to correct the situation.Toll Brothers, Incorporated

1 starI started building a my second home with Toll brothers in Parkvue Denton Texas. From the day one they gave such a hard time on every step of home build process. There customer service is negative if I have to rate it. Now we are almost complete and we schedule a final third party home inspection. There was numerous fault on the home build. Bell from customer rep in Parkvue is saying to me that they cannot do anything about it as you should have done earlier and its in your contract. I bought Meritage home first at least the builder was ready to fix everything or signed the paper to get it fixed later although that was inventory home. On the other hand toll brothers response surprise me. Now, I should have went through these reviews before I build. Now, only thing I can do from here is make everyone aware of toll brothers customer service and attitude if they want to procced.Toll Brothers, Incorporated

1 starIf I could choose zero stars I would. Buyers beware! ETown Jax Florida.
Check your windows, check your floors, check everything! The build is nothing more than a big pile of white caulking to hide everything that is wrong.
Entered into a contract to have a, “luxury home” built only to get a shoddy built home.
Four construction project managers have left, the subs they hire don’t do the job right and no one checks the workmanship at all. The only thing they are good at is lying and trying to cover up everything that is wrong.
I will continue to post and reach out to every media outlet to ensure no one else gets sucked into a house build that is just down right wrong!Toll Brothers, Incorporated

1 starThey do not hire competent contractors and then they do not stand behind their work. The metal handrail on our stoop literally had a chunk fall apart (without anyone touching it) at the seams. Several other parts of the railing have seams coming apart. It happened 16 months into home so was no longer covered under "structural warranty" since it isn't part of the foundation. Thank goodness we don't have elderly relatives in need of a handrail as this one is a major safety concern and because it was 4 months out of warranty Toll has no interest in fixing the poor craftsmanship.Toll Brothers, Incorporated

1 starWe are currently building a home in Venice Woodlands, Florida and the process has been horrendous. I'm a pretty patient person, and I've been so upset that I've been researching legal action because I don't know how else to let this organization know how bad this build is. It took them 6+ months just to get a permit. The design session went OK, but after that once the build started, we were promised consistent communication from the builders which they have failed to deliver time and time again.
We visit the house on a bi-weekly process and notice that the contractors are building as fast as possible rather than building with quality. They completely messed up our shower wall, tile in all the bathrooms, framing across the house, and I can give a long list of things that they have done poorly. The worst part is that we, the homebuyers, are the ones that have to let them know about these mistakes because none of them are communicated with us.
We are already 16+ months into our contract and I don't see us moving in anytime soon.
I would never, ever, recommend this company to anyone I know. Toll Brothers turned what was supp;osed to be an exciting experience into quite a nightmare.Toll Brothers, Incorporated
