Their website is falsely advertising and selling my businesses products and using our trademarked business name on their website without our permission. I placed a order over the internet and after 8 days never got a tracking # and never got the item, I tried to call their customer help number and it asks for you to ( leave ) record a message and I did try 2 times in two days also I emailed them and got no response, then I looked at the ****** revues to find out I am not alone with this issue, this site as far as I am concerned should be taken down and the company be required to reimbursed all concernedBusiness Response

Item purchased stated on package there were almonds and cranberries enclosed. The content was peanuts and cranberries. I am allergic to peanuts and could not eat the contents. ibspot is not an authorized user to sell our product "Perricone Hydrogen Water" when we found that they were selling on their website we had one of our employees order the product to confirm it was in fact ours, how it was packaged & where it originated from. Employee placed order 9/4/24 and has yet to receive the order & contacted ibspot several times via ************* the final email stating to cancel the order and refund the money. ibspot responded they could not do that as the order was sill in process it is now 9/24/24 and they are now ordering our product via ****** that is an authorized seller and shipping to our customer. They are charging $112.77 and our product is $60. so they are making quite a profit and as I stated NOT an authorized selller.Business Response

On 8-27-24 I purchased 2 wrist braces from ibspot. It was an online order and I paid $88.90 This was quite high but I was not able to find the item anywhere else.I was billed for $88.90 but nothing has been received. ibspot.com is unauthorized to sell our product and has been sent the following notice via email on 8/28/2024:*************************** <******************************>2:52PM (4 minutes ago)to support Dear Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally notify you that your platform, ibspot.com, is currently listing our product, STIR. **************** for sale without our authorization. STIR. Beverages is the sole manufacturer and authorized distributor of this product, and at no point have we granted permission for any third party, including ibspot.com, to sell or distribute our products. This unauthorized sale is a violation of our intellectual property rights and is misleading to our customers. We have already reported this infringement to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and will not hesitate to pursue further legal action if this unauthorized listing is not removed immediately. Ms. ********* placed an order with us on August 4, 2024, which includes products sourced from *****. As these items often require extended delivery times to the ***** there has been some delay. One of the items was successfully delivered on August 24, 2024, and we have provided the **** tracking number: ********************** as evidence.
Following a conversation between our colleague and Ms. ********** the customer kindly agreed to wait for the remaining items, with an estimated arrival date in our U.S. warehouse of September 9, 2024. We have also attached proof of both the conversation and the delivery for your reference.
To further assist Ms. ********* during this delay, we have offered a refund of half the shipping fee, which was processed on September 3, 2024.
