I have not received what I ordered and I have not been able to speak to anyone at this facility. It says email the company which I have and I have not received a response yet. Its been more than ******************************************************** a refund.Business Response

We appreciate Ms. ****** for bringing this to our attention. Upon reviewing our records, we found that communication and updates were consistently provided regarding her order.
On June 13, 2024, our support team informed Ms. ****** that her order was delayed due to a supplier issue and offered a 10% discount as a goodwill gesture, which she accepted. The discount was processed on June 17, 2024.
Subsequently, on June 19, 2024, we sent a follow-up email confirming that her order (IST205714512) had been shipped, along with the **** tracking number ********************** and tracking link to monitor the delivery. All updates and tracking details were communicated directly to Ms. ****** via email. In summary, the order has been shipped and the customer was notified accordingly.

I placed this order on May 16th, and received an email saying it would be shipped between April 30th-May 7th. I have yet to receive any package. I feel that I am being scammed. I am requesting my product be shipped to me as soon as possible. This is ridiculous. My order number is: IST204729076. I have attempts a few phone calls, left voicemails, and emails. Purchased the steamer October 15, 2023, for $86.78 from Amazon, but it is IBSPOT's steamer. The steamer lasted for 5 months then crapped out. As you can see from the pictures, the heating element has burned through. IBSPOT doesn't want to stand behind their product even though on their website they have a two-year limited warrantee; this defective steamer only lasted 5 months. This is a lot of money to throw out the window 5 months later.Business Response

On 1/25/24 I placed an online order (#IST202987254) with Ibspot for MusclePharm Combat Protein Powder for $158.77. I purchased the product with confidence because thanks to its advertised "100% full refund satisfaction guarantee". I have sever screen shots on my phone to prove this. I emailed Ibspot on 2/18/24 with my dissatisfaction of the product and provided screen shots of their advertised satisfaction guarantee policy. I followed up on 2/21 as I still hadn't received a response. On 2/22 I received an email stating that they would only reimburse me 50% of what I paid because "the item had been opened." I told them this is unacceptable. They can not advertise a 100% money back guarantee and then honor it. I tried calling a dozen times and no one would answer. They are making false promises to their customers and/or falsely advertising and twisting their own words.Initial Complaint

I ordered a swing accessory which was supposed to have been delivered by Tuesday via **** day shipping. The order hasnt been shipped yet and will be at least a week later than promised at this point. When I try to email or call the company for info on the order, I cant get in touch and get no response whatsoever. They charged way more for shipping than I ever expected and the price was really high. Now I cant get in touch with anyone from the company. I am reading other reviews on ibspot now that say the exact same thing about not getting orders. This seems to be a scam company.Business Response
