Ordered an item on line from ibspot in last 60 days and have not received item despite multiple attempted contacts with company. Have read multiple negative reviews since then with similar complaints. Amount involved is small, but that's not the point...its the principle! This company charges $31.60 for a product they then order on ********** for $12.89, then provides the customers address to ****** to send the customer the product. This seems like a scam. I am asking for a refund for the difference.Business Response

I purchased a productive from them which was not cheap and when I received the product it came damaged with the seal opened and powder all over so I do not feel save using it. Ibspot.com is fraudulently selling my products. I am the owner of Enchanted Feather Bird Toys. Ibspot has copied my pictures and description of my bird toys from my **** listings and posted on their website for twice the amount as they are listed for. I am the only one that has access to these toys as they are made to order. I recently created my own website as well. These toys are copyright pending filed 06/13/25 with an original creation date of 2004. Ibspot is known for taking people's works, copying and selling to the unknowing public. Whether they actually send the items to people seem to be a 50/50 chance of dropshipping. From most complaints I read, they just take people's money and don't send anything. They do not have access to my items, as they are all made to order through **** or my website. I would never drop ship these, even if I was contacted. I certainly don't have any type of agreement with them. I have tried to contact them through their phone number. I left 1 message and now it goes immediately to voicemail, so I believe my number is blocked. I want my property removed from their website. I placed an order with Ibspot on June 6, 2025 for $68. This product (eye drops) was said to get to me by June 28. Today is July 15 and I have not received it or even gotten any e-mail or word that it is on the way or the status of the purchase other than the initial e-mail. I placed a phone call 6 days ago with no response to my message. I then sent an e-mail to customer support. They have sent me a couple of replies that have nothing to do with the issue, only advertisements.This is either a scam or they have lousy support. On June 11, 2025, I ordered a Cummins Throttle Cable For 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 5.9L Cummins 12v for $80.15, order #1ST204112335. On June 24, 2025, I received a Water Temperature Sensor in error. I immediately emailed the company notifying them of the error with no response. I have contacted the company by email and telephone multiple times and can't get a response from anyone. Their customer service phone number goes directIy to a voice mailbox and nobody calls back.
