    On June 11, 2025, I ordered a Cummins Throttle Cable For 1994 1995 1996 1997 1998 Dodge Ram 2500 3500 5.9L Cummins 12v for $80.15, order #1ST204112335. On June 24, 2025, I received a Water Temperature Sensor in error. I immediately emailed the company notifying them of the error with no response. I have contacted the company by email and telephone multiple times and can't get a response from anyone. Their customer service phone number goes directIy to a voice mailbox and nobody calls back. I don't know what to do to return the error part and get the part I ordered.

    Thank you for the quick response. When I printed out my copy of the complaint, I have a big typo, the dollar amount I paid for the order is $80.15, not $803.15, sorry for the mistake.

    I did hear back from the company and have return the item I received in error. The item should be delivered on Monday and then I was told I would receive a refund once the item has been returned. Thank you for your help.

    I ordered a product from these people and they gave me a fake *** tracking number! I put in the tracking number and it says "Cannot be Found" please check with the company!!

    On 4/1/2025 I searched the internet for ******************************** and found an advertised price of $39.99 for a package of 6 .17oz bottles. Upon placing an order for 2 packages of 6, I was offered a $2.00 discount on each package, so I doubled my order to 4 packages in order to take advantage of this great price on a product I currently used and loved. My total order was for 4 6-packs at the price of $37.99 each (costing $6.33 per individual bottle). I paid a total of $151.96. On 4/16/2025 I received 4 individual bottles in the mail and immediately sent an email to customer service inquiring about the remaining 20 bottles not sent to me. On 4/17/2025 a customer service representative requested a photo of what I received along with all of the packaging and labeling, which I sent, and was told that he would look into it. On 4/23/2025, the same representative emailed me requesting more time to investigate. At this time I replied that I suspected fraudulent activity by this company and was told that I could send back the product for a full refund. I did not have any reason to believe that I would actually receive my money back as I suspected I was being scammed so I was reluctant to send the 4 bottles back (also, I did not want to allow this company to use these bottles again to scam someone else). On 4/25/2025 I expressed my desire to obtain my entire order and said I would remain patient. On 4/28/2025 I was told by the representative that he had discussed my case with a "Manager" and was told to offer me a 20% refund as an offer of goodwill since I wanted to keep the product I received. I found this to be inadequate and expressed my desire to be refunded for all 20 bottles I did not receive amounting to $126.64. On 5/20/2025 I sent a follow up email demanding my refund. I have not heard back from them since 4/23/2025. The problem is not the product itself, but IBSpot's failure to deliver my entire order after charging me for it.

    Ordered a product was told it would be delivered by the 13th of may and then the 17th of may by the tracking information and it said it was delivered but I didn't get it I contacted **** and gave them the tracking info and they asked for the address **** said it was not the address on the package for the tracking number I was given I have requested the company refund the money as it never got to me and I no long need it. They continue to say they shipped it to the right address and **** says different. They keep giving me the run around and it's getting old

    False advertising. Advertised as box of pens/refills. Why was one pen mailed in a 1 foot wide box stuffed.with air bunbles mailed with one pen???False advertising!!!

    This website stole all my photos and all of my details from a custom item I make from scratch, that is made to order (only I make these), from ****. They copied and pasted my entire listing on their scam website. Their entire website is a scam, read the feedback. People are ordering and not receiving, they need shut down.

    I placed an online order with Ibspot , 03/02/25, paid for EXPIDITED shipping they said 3-5 days, I have not received order, nor a tracking number. I have called and finally some answered but couldnt give me a tracking number, didnt know where my order was. Was to call back yesterday, didnt happen. Today message, unavailable.

    ORDER # IST204207170 I purchased this order on February 19th and have not received an actual tracking number for it. I would like a full refund of $33.71 as I'm canceling my order. After doing some research, I've come across several reviews that this is a **** website. Please help in anyway you can.Thank you,***** *******
