    I ordered a product from these people and they gave me a fake *** tracking number! I put in the tracking number and it says "Cannot be Found" please check with the company!!

    Ordered a product was told it would be delivered by the 13th of may and then the 17th of may by the tracking information and it said it was delivered but I didn't get it I contacted **** and gave them the tracking info and they asked for the address **** said it was not the address on the package for the tracking number I was given I have requested the company refund the money as it never got to me and I no long need it. They continue to say they shipped it to the right address and **** says different. They keep giving me the run around and it's getting old

    False advertising. Advertised as box of pens/refills. Why was one pen mailed in a 1 foot wide box stuffed.with air bunbles mailed with one pen???False advertising!!!

    This website stole all my photos and all of my details from a custom item I make from scratch, that is made to order (only I make these), from ****. They copied and pasted my entire listing on their scam website. Their entire website is a scam, read the feedback. People are ordering and not receiving, they need shut down.

    I placed an online order with Ibspot , 03/02/25, paid for EXPIDITED shipping they said 3-5 days, I have not received order, nor a tracking number. I have called and finally some answered but couldnt give me a tracking number, didnt know where my order was. Was to call back yesterday, didnt happen. Today message, unavailable.

    On Dec 12, I ordered a product (Oro Gold creme). I paid $72.19. The invoice said I would receive the order by Dec 23. I contected the Dec 24. They said the Oro Gold was out of stock. They did not know when it would be in stock. I asked for a refund. They said to wait. I contacted them Jan 3 and sked again for a refund. They said the item was back in stock, it was shipped, and I would receive it Jan 8. What I recieved was a 2 oz hand creme, which I never ordered. I contacted them and the said the Orro Goldd was still out of stocka and return the hand creme, or they would bill me $14 !! For something I did not order!. I asked for a return postage label on Jan 19, and as of today (Jan 14), I have not heard back.
