This website stole all my photos and all of my details from a custom item I make from scratch, that is made to order (only I make these), from ****. On Dec 12, I ordered a product (Oro Gold creme). I paid $72.19. The invoice said I would receive the order by Dec 23. I contected the Dec 24. They said the Oro Gold was out of stock. They did not know when it would be in stock. I asked for a refund. They said to wait. I contacted them Jan 3 and sked again for a refund. They said the item was back in stock, it was shipped, and I would receive it Jan 8. What I recieved was a 2 oz hand creme, which I never ordered. I contacted them and the said the Orro Goldd was still out of stocka and return the hand creme, or they would bill me $14 !! For something I did not order!. I ******* my products today 12/30/2024 to see how I was ranking. This business ibspot, is using my businesses legally registered name, images, and product descriptions to fraudulently sell my products on their website. I do not have any authorized resellers for my products. They are showing up on ****** with outrageous prices compared to what I sell them for and the information I have seen so far is that they take money from people with no intentions or ability to fulfill any orders they receive. Item purchased stated on package there were almonds and cranberries enclosed. The content was peanuts and cranberries. I am allergic to peanuts and could not eat the contents. If givien to a child with peanut allergies, it could be fatal.I have requested a refund of my purchase and a repackaging of contents and labeling. This company refuses to refund my purchase or address my content concern.
