    THIS IS NOT A ************** I ORDERED AN ITEM FROM THEM AND IT NEVER ARRIVED. THEY HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM, AND THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS. FRAUDULENT!!!!!

    Purchased an item from this company and got a non valid tracking number. Called the phone number listed, left vm and no return phone call. Sent several emails regarding my order and they can't ever give me a tracking number or any idea of what happened to my order. Still waiting for my order and it's been 15+ days. Hopefully i can get a refund, but I won't hold my breath! Fraudulent company all day long! DONT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    I saw a video on ******** whom I thought was TV news person ** ***** on the Today show promoting a product for joints ***air GlycoSync. After you watch the video you are directed to press the button to place the order. It is a bait and switch company that offers this so called joint ***air product at $39.00 but I never received a confirmation email and when I called the customer service *** named **** at ************ told me I didn't order the joints ***air. and proceeded to tell me I ordered something that treats blood sugar. Why would I place an order for a product I don't need? I should have researched it before ordering but I didn't. However when I did research it I saw that it is a scam using ** ******* image and voice to lure consumers into buying the product they were offering on the video but isn't the product when placing the order.

    This sham of a company should be put out of business.I am the CEO of ***************** and we sell flat flexible Refrigerator/Toolbox/Locker magnets on ****. This website IBSPOT.COM has committed fraud by stealing many of our product picture listings and are attempting to sell our items or copies of using our descriptions on this website. It has come to my attention that customers are being misled to believe they are buying our original product but are not receiving their order after making payment. There is absolutely NO AFFILIATION between Universal Magnets and IBSPOT. You can see our reviews on **** which are 100% positive. To view our original listings of our products, simply type in for example, Refrigerator Magnets 42 MIL Thick in Ebays search engine and you will find our products. We will be seeking legal action against this sham of a company along with BBB and the ******************************* for starters.

    I unfortunately did not check with the BBB before ordering from this company. It is fraudulent! They delivered the wrong product and did not respond to repeated phone calls or emails regarding their error. They never sent the correct product and I cannot use the product they sent. This company should be put out of business based not only on my review, but on many other reviews that I now see.

    I will NEVER do business with them again! I will NEVER RECOMMEND them to anyone. First the item took a while to arrive. And then the seal of the box that the item that I ordered was broken. I tried calling them but the phone number doesn't work. I have emailed them and up to this day no reply. This is really frustrating and I totally felt ripped off.

    Our business's trademarks and copyrights were violated by ***************************** are ************* and the holders of the SELECTOOL Patent. ********************************************* blatantly copied our images from our website, claiming to sell our products, thus deceiving and exploiting our customers. The fact is: we do not sell our products wholesale, so no one except us has an inventory.     I tried to cancell an order aftr only 2 hours march 8 a saturday. aboth by E-mail and voice mail. on Monday they said the order had already shipped before the recieved cancellation request. Latter the said I could return the item with their return label. Since the reason is my remorse and not a legitamate reason according to their policy, I suspect no refund, re-stocking fee and I will have to pay return shipping. I thinktheir gree is determining the fine points of their policy. It is still too soon but I think the immediate shipping was not my fault, tthough they would site customer satisfaction in most cases for expediting the shipment. I did not see a less expensive shipping option as in ground 7-10 days. The fact that I tried to cancell within 2 hours and their cancellation policy is 10 days (not warranty returns). There is no claim of defect just don't want the item. I think they are using legal conditions like not receiving cancellation before shipping which could be software mandatd cancellations are automatically deleted. How did they know I tried to cancel if they did not recieve the e mail due to technical problems untill after it was shipped. ( 2 hours latter).
