1 starOur business's trademarks and copyrights were violated by ***************************** are ************* and the holders of the SELECTOOL Patent. ********************************************* blatantly copied our images from our website, claiming to sell our products, thus deceiving and exploiting our customers. The fact is: we do not sell our products wholesale, so no one except us has an inventory. 1 starI tried to cancell an order aftr only 2 hours march 8 a saturday. aboth by E-mail and voice mail. on Monday they said the order had already shipped before the recieved cancellation request. Latter the said I could return the item with their return label. Since the reason is my remorse and not a legitamate reason according to their policy, I suspect no refund, re-stocking fee and I will have to pay return shipping. I thinktheir gree is determining the fine points of their policy. It is still too soon but I think the immediate shipping was not my fault, tthough they would site customer satisfaction in most cases for expediting the shipment. I did not see a less expensive shipping option as in ground 7-10 days. The fact that I tried to cancell within 2 hours and their cancellation policy is 10 days (not warranty returns). There is no claim of defect just don't want the item. I think they are using legal conditions like not receiving cancellation before shipping which could be software mandatd cancellations are automatically deleted. How did they know I tried to cancel if they did not recieve the e mail due to technical problems untill after it was shipped. ( 2 hours latter).IBSpot.com

1 starZero stars!!! This website is using my businesses products, name and images on their site fraudulently. I do not have any authorized resellers of my products. I make natural skincare and sell and ship from my website or local markets. Please do not get scammed by these people. If you’re not buying from my website, phatbathandbody.com, my official social media pages or Amazon don’t buy it! The prices are extremely overpriced and you’re more than likely not going to get it at all. Please protect yourself from these horrible vultures preying on small businesses and consumers.IBSpot.com

I ordered a fridge door shelf (beko) They sent me an order confirmation and est delivery date of Aug. ***** it is now Sept 3rd.. *** tried emailing with no response and also tried calling during business hours and no answer.. also I looked up their address on ****** maps and the building looks like an empty decrepit warehouse. 1 starI am really upset because I wanted to get a car for my sons birthday. They said they would ship it. It just cost more for the shipping because I live in ***** ******. Its a small island in ****** that its expensive to get things shipped. but they said if I paid extra shipping, they would get here. It was supposed to be here on 22 July. It hasnt even been shipped yet. I am so sad because that was my sons gift. It was a red riding car and it was going to be the perfect gift.
