      Terrible apartment service. Very poor management at the apartment complex level.

      Trash in hall, filthy hall floors & steps.

      Chicken bones on my steps to second floor along with long sitting unknown fluids drying on hall & steps.

      Light pole knocked down by car & not replaced. Traffic sign also knocked down & not replaced.

      Gates left open all the time. No security that has been & continued to be paid for.

      Rent price has changed from month to month without cause or explaination.

      In the ridiculous pursuit of equity, Whites are being pushed out by this company. Totally woke BS on their website means you don't sleep at night or day, what with the ghetto parties and inconsiderate neighbors they do nothing about, even after writing repeatedly. This company only wants "minorities" living in their buildings. I think Morgan sends these neighbors to classes on how to be the worst neighbor ever to any "non-minorities". They love putting stomping kids on the top floors. They place tenants who do nothing but check their garbage off the back deck, leaving basically a rat-infested landfill behind certain buildings (Battle Creek, MI). You complain about these things and they do nothing, especially, if you are a non-minority/non-entity. Don't move here if you are not a "minority" as Morgan Properties apparently hate White people. If they don't, it sure appears that way.

      I’m a current resident at the townhomes in Philadelphia. I have complained about my heat in the winter had several maintenance service orders in for it. The company would send me an email stating service order completed but they never did any work in my unit. Fast forward to the warmer months my son nose has been bleeding that’s how hot this house is. I was told the unit doesn’t get cold if it’s not hot outside however the lease agreement states central air it’s not according to the property manager. I asked to vacate the unit early due to
      The summer months approaching and my son having nosebleeds plus asthma and because the maintenance crew is unresponsive and unreliable. I was told I had to pay an early termination fee of 2,085 I don’t feel that’s fair especially because I’m not moving because of anything I’ve done it’s solely because of this organization I have to move because the air doesn’t work at all as we speak it’s 82 degrees outside and it’s 80 degrees in my unit this is ridiculous and they want me to pay to leave it’s unconstitutional

      Morgan Properties, Big business that's all they are They are seriously ?? trying to charge me 700. for carpet cleaning after living there for 3 years the carpet had a cleaning when I moved in during coivd time within two weeks the stain was coming back up from the foam below, they really need to be giving the new tenant a new rug. I was trying to get a credit for no internet for 3 months proof on when box was returned because service man couldn't fix the problem. I also have pictures when they broke the blinds in bedroom with their upgrade, torn kitchen rug maintenance man glued down he also had to patch up the bad job they did in bedroom called themselves replacing the air conditioner. Impossible to discuss problem with them always we get back to you. 2 years with nothing but price increase. Just happy to get off that 3rd floor we're people leave their carnage outside the door all weekend.

      Maintenance at idylwood apartments doesn't get anything done until you get on them about it and turns around and treats you unprofessionally for you complaining about legit reasons and still takes months to resolve the issue, and most of the time the issue isn't really resolved.
      Unless you want to live in section 8 housing for normal pricing, do not rent here.

      I don't recommend anyone to live here. Morgan Properties in Glen Burnie, MD 21061 is TRASH! They called me two days before my move in date to tell me the apartment was not ready and that the apartment was infested. After I had everything in place to move that weekend. Then they requested another 1,400 WITH Jetty at move in when I already made my payment to Jetty. The day I THOUGHT I was moving in when I entered the building NOBODY greeted us. The manger lied and said my behavior in the office was out of line when I literally did NOTHING. I wanted to know why the information was presented one way but meant another. I am glad I did not move here. I found a better space to live bigger and better!

      They are not business minded people.They break the law and nothing is ever done about it. Horrible management and it trickles down. That's why their employee turn over is so high. Living their buildings is dangerous or your physical and your mental health, and they do not care unless it decreases their profit. So a lawsuit is the way to go

      I lived in a property managed by Morgan Properties and when I moved out, they tried to charge me for things I didn't damage. There was a water leak above my bathtub from the upstairs tenant, and they tried to charge me $300 for the damages. They also charged me for carpet cleaning & refrigerator cleaning (which is regular maintenance), light bulbs being out (which they weren't when I moved out) and debris on my patio (which was just outside debris (leaves, etc.). I tried to reach out to them several times with little to no avail. I've lived in several apartments over the years, probably around 5-10 apartments and NEVER had this kind of issue. I've ALWAYS gotten my full security deposit back in full with no issues. I will NEVER live in an apartment managed by Morgan Properties ever again. Renters beware! I even threatened them with a legal proceedings and they never responded. They DON'T CARE AT ALL! It took them 5 months to send me my security deposit refund and they are REQUIRED BY LAW to issue to refund 30 days after moving out. I am furious that such a large corporation has such low standards.

      Horrific in every aspect. Nothing but thieves. If you like living with black mold on the walls windows and every where. The walls falling around you due to water draining through the walls and water bugs all over the apartment , squirrels eating cable lines and no heat in the middle of winter for weeks and paying a high rent then you won’t mind living here. DO NOT LIVE HERE …… YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF LIVING IN TERRIBLE CONDITIONS. BE AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS. I experienced it all here. I wish I could upload the pictures and videos. Just paid a month rent which I did not live. Not so bad if they used the money to fix the apartments along with the money they pay the lawyers to get them their pennies.
