I have been renting with this place for 3 years and it has been the worst experience of my life. They allowed an upstairs neighbors dog to urinate all over my patio furniture and did not compensate me for the damage done to my property. They allow upstairs neighbors to litter all over my patio as well. There was a roach and nat infestation in my building and no member of management notified anyone. My apartment almost caught on fire because of my AC unit not being properly kept up with, even after multiple work order requests to have it fixed. I had to call the fire department because I woke up to smoke in my apartment. The fire department said it was coming from my AC and the dirty fans that they refused to fix, even after this happened. They will continue to raise your rent even though they have not improved the property at all. This is overall a terrible company to rent from. I lived in Village at Cliffdale.

I feel things your are told are in person the property/leasing manager is false. I spoke with her in the office but when before and things change via email. its misleading and a concern to me but also i feel if another resident has been treated like this.

Yesterday I saw a 2 foot diameter swastika painted on the patio next to mine. Bright red and 3-D. I called the leasing office and spoke to someone named Christina who told me she would let the property manager know. The property manager is on vacation until next week so she lied. When I called back, I spoke to someone named Chris, who told me he overheard the conversation and that there was nothing he could do. As someone Jewish, I think it goes without saying what this symbol represents to me and the murder in the concentration camps of my entire paternal family. He laughed at me and mocked me and told me I would have to live with it. He refused to handle it. I wonder if the response would’ve been different if it was a racial discrimination case. I called the police who handled it. I also called and emailed a photo to the Anti Defamation League. I also called an attorney who told me they violated my civil rights, religious discrimination, and housing violations. I tried to reach out to Upper management but was refused their information. I will take action against them to the full extent of the law. I don’t feel safe living here for many other reasons too numerous to list here.

Preserve Milton in Downingtown PA is the worst! They refused to let me move out early when my neighbors were threatening to harm me, they tormented my cats and I reported this numerous times the leasing office did nothing about it. Now they have these people calling and threatening me repeatedly. The front office, especially Amy, doesn’t know what she is doing. She is rude and degrading and does not care about helping tenants. They lie, refuse to fix problems and lie. Do not rent from there.

I wouldn’t recommend living here. The agents are pleasant. The assistant property manager is mischievous and tries to evict people without following protocol.

I will continue to write reviews about this unprofessional and poorly managed property management company. I moved in on September 1st and it's been the worst. First, were the issues from my first bbb complaint and reviews. The last minute communication regarding my apartment and the address change. The parking fees for guest and the ridiculous and limited parking for paying residents.
Right now I'm dealing with the most petty issues for no reason. This property management company expects their residents to pay rent on time, but they have roaches that I have seen in less than being here 30 days. In addition. I've emailed my leasing office at the Preserves Owings Crossing about a gym card to access gym , which is part of the amenities that I pay rent for, numerous times and all they can say is they can't get me one and I should use the gym during leasing hours. Well I informed them I work during those hours and I have a second job to provide them for their rent and my other bills. I have to go early morning or late evening after leasing office business hours. Secondly, why are we as residents having to pay for a reserved parking pass? Why aren't we offered at least 1 free reserved parking pass. Parking is horrible and limited in addition guest have to pay for parking. This is ridiculous. I've contacted their corporate office and Rebecca doesn't absolutely nothing as a regional manager. She refers you back to the local office and no one is accountable. In addition there is water damage on the roof in my kitchen. I live on top floor and this maybe roof issues. I shouldn't have to take these concerns to the bbb to get them resolved.

I rented an apartment from ******* ******* in painted post which is owned by Morgan properties. It was EXTREMELY expensive and not worth what we were put through. The door wouldn’t lock, the upstairs fan was caked in dust when we moved in, the dish washer FELL OUT from the counter which chipped it and WE WERE CHARGED. It fell because the steam loosened where it was attached to the counter which was their flawed design. They left a dryer outside my front door which forced me to install it, the walls have paint drips all over them, maintenance has no idea what they’re doing, our garage door fell off the track, the back door wouldn’t latch, the windows were painted shut, and to top it off they sent our security deposit TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. The staff is extremely rude and will not treat you in a professional manner. Morgan properties is an absolute joke so much so that if you contact them off their website they will not respond to you.

I live At Manchester at Wesleyan in Macon Georgia and several times I’ve asked management to please come by and check for a possibility of mold. As of today and 3 later no one has been out. I have black sooty film deposit coming from the vents and spreading on the ceiling. My ceiling fan blades are covered in it too. If I stay in the apartment long I start coughing and sneezing and I get a headache but apparently all they care about is getting paid. I’m looking into contacting the housing authority to come out and look. If not for the lease I would certainly leave.
