We have been living in a Morgan property unit for 3 yrs and have had issues with the master bedroom ac air flow and for 3yrs the keep saying no problem it's fixed. The have only sent an hvac person to replace the unit last summer but have never had hvac come in and check the inside room. We pay 1400 a month and can not use the master bedroom has it gets 85 in there. Ridiculous

Reconsider renting from Harbor Place! Property is old and cheaply/poorly updated.Forget about calling for any maintenance repairs, short staffed and could care less! (Maryland Location)I was given keys to an apartment with a hole in the ceiling, a bathtub that is peeling, washing machine with a hole at the bottom, when asked to repair that hole, white spray paint was sprayed on it.Bathroom countertops are cracked and stained with red dye. Kitchen cabinets are discolored like someone tried to spray paint on those also. I can go on and on!I went to the rental office several times, only for the staff to say that they need a contractor to fix the hole and the tub. I asked how often do they come out? I was told every day. If that is the case, why is a New tenant of four months still waiting for repairs? this apartment should not have been rented in this condition. I use to live here in the 90's, I guess the management has changed they have really went down. But I should have known when I moved in, I was told I would have one month free, all of a sudden, the special was over once we signed the lease.

Some of the staff at Morningside apartments are the absolute worst, specifically, ***************************. She is very unprofessional and rude. My first encounter with her wasn't really pleasant and thereafter hasn't been professional and not at all friendly. I don't feel comfortable asking questions because of the tone of her responses. No tenant or potential tenant should ever feel unwelcomed. First impression is everything and when you have a business and certain people are on the front line, they should be professional, friendly, personable, and not make people feel like they can't ask questions. This turned me away from wanting to rent at Morningside Apts.

******************* ************** in *******. We went to the leasing office around 3:45 to ask about transferring, and the doors were locked with **** (leasing manager) working inside on his computer. There were no signs that said to come back at another time like there usually is if they are not available. **** kept looking at us from his desk and tried to shoo us away with his hands instead of coming out and talking to us. We knocked one more time and then he came out and threatened us to be careful because there are cameras watching??? He said he was really busy which we understood, and if he came out of the office to tell us that earlier then we would have understood, but him being so rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional was out of pocket. There work hours are 9am - 6pm and we went at almost 4 pm. Horrible professionalism in **** and just a trash guy overall representing the leasing office.

********************************** in **********!If I could leave 0 stars and still comment* I would have! Where do I begin? I learned that this place entered an incorrect court document against me and my husband back in 2020. When I reached out to the manager* ******** and corporate rep * ****************** I was TOLD VERBALLY and HAVE IN EMAIL* where they admit to not updating their court records to reflect the accurate occurrence . This has been ongoing since November 2023 and emails from myself and ATTORNEY go unanswered though they have assumed FAULT in this matter (again* I have in writing). Upon reaching out* they informed me to have my attorney reach out in which he did and they still have yet to respond. BEWARE! They have No regard for your living situation even when they are the ones who are hindering you and at FAULT. This is perjury and deformation!!! Dont let this happen to you! DONT MOVE IN . I should NOT have to hire an attorney to handle something that your company filed incorrectly and assumed fault YET you wont fix it!!! Absolutely ridiculous!!

I am a US veteran. I visited this place right before I deployed because my contract was up after my deployment and I intended on going to University of Maryland. Fast forward about half a year from now, I came back to the property intending on trying to lease. The process was a NIGHTMARE. At first they were nice but the entire process of trying to lease was such a headache. I had no more income because I was now separated from the military. And the VA pays for my housing, food and any other living arrangements I need. So apparently despite having reliable housing allowance from the government (which is very reliable) they consider it not enough. And addition to renting my house out + my savings I was still short. Fine. I had to get my parents on the lease too which shouldn’t be a big deal. My parents own a business and have substantial money saved and they required an ENTIRE statement of everything they do. But they want to bring their auditors and look at their financial business. What in the world is this and why does this business want any reason to look at the financial statements that closely. It was very suspicious and doesn’t seem reasonable at all. My credit and my parents credit was over 800 and very financial responsible people. The documents we sent weren’t good enough for them despite the actual bank account showing we have the means to pay the rent. We are the types of tenants anyone would love to have. And they made the entire process exhaustingly difficult. I don’t understand why they have to go through “a system” which doesn’t make sense. If you can see you have potential tenants that has good financial stability, especially income from the government + the parents bringing in large income, they treated us like potential scammers, delinquents and all other things. I understand that there’s a process but there was no reason to make anything difficult. I gotten bad vibes from this place during that process and decided to decline. I suggest to do so too

I will never have any complaints about Morgan properties. Where I currently reside has been sold. So at the end of my lease I will be going to another Morgan Property. I nothing but the upmost respect for these people. I commend them on everything they do.

They just want your money in Nashville at Lincoya Bay Apartments, they charge an extra $40 to use their rent portal to pay your rent as a convenience fee..... how is that convenient to me, also if you put in a maintenance request, you'll gave a mail that your request is completed only to come home and nothing is done but the maintenance has been in your apartment. don't move to any for their properties 10inchdub

I have lived at Sherry Lake Apts since April 1, 2022. I have had maintenance requests that have still not been addressed to this day. That's only part of the issue. I brought my brand new daughter home from the hospital, after spending 2 weeks at CHOP for severe RSV in January of 2023, to an apartment with NO working HEAT!!! I was told to use a space heater (mind you I am a firefighter, so I know that is not a safe resolution). I asked for a break on my rent since the complex wasn't providing me with any healthy safe temporary fix for not only myself and my son, but again my brand new 1 month old daughter. I was forced to live like this for 3.5 weeks before FINALLY my heater was replaced. Then fast forward to the summer, I found mold on my floor by the floor vents. I was told by an OSCHA certified maintenance worker that it was not mold. I took her word and just had the vents vacuumed out (which there was trash and stuff in there from the early 2000's). The bedrooms were never even touched, until I put in an additional complaint that the bedrooms needed to be looked at as well. They too had MOLD (at home tested) and in my DAUGHTER's room, where the property manager told me she didn't see anything (wish I could insert photo here). Then I was belittled and treated like crap because I was late on rent (about to be evicted), locked out of my portal, so I couldn't pay or see my full balance. Then I was told because of my porch, they aren't able to rent other units in my building!!! I am supposed to help them, by removing an outdoor table, a thin red line wood flag sign, and salt for my patio in the winter, but they are never willing to help me out with anything!!! These people don't care about their tenants, only their money. It is time to lawyer up!!!

Same issue as another prospective tenant. Highly unprofessional staff with no sense of customer service nor any empathy. They charged me $ 150 for holding a property without showing me the apartment or even quoting me and refused to return my money or apologize. They are using apartments.com to falsely advertise their apartments amenities which they charge $60.00 a month for without advertising the additional charge. Worst property management company ever!
