    I had an account with so *** ****** back in 2023 and after we moved we made a last payment to them on the phone and spoke to the representative and made sure there was no additional charges they said our account was paid in full. Now exactly a year later this company pops up out of the blue never even heard of them saying we owe so *** ****** still when I have a balance of $0 on my account when I log in. This company has never even reached out we never even heard from them or about them. Just another scam credit company looking to make quick cash and super unprofessional.

    collect an alleged debt (File No. 9288840) forwarded to it from Southern
    California Edison (Account # 700104475209). On July 22, 2024, a letter was mailed
    to 630 Ridgeway Lane, La Habra, CA 90631 and several phone calls have been made
    to 562-242-4485 since that date. Attached is the Statement confirming the
    balance due.  Following receipt of this Complaint, TCS has discontinued
    collection of this account, requested deletion of its trade line from all
    credit reports and closed its file.

("TCS") was attempting to collect an alleged debt (File No. *******) forwarded to it from Commonwealth ****** (Account # **********).  On September 5, 2024, ********************** recalled this collections account.  ******************** closed its file and requested the deletion of its tradeline from your credit report.  This process may take the credit reporting agencies several weeks to process.

    This account was opened on May 24, 2024 for a service or product that I am unaware of. When I called the company (Torres Credit Services) they would not give me any information on what the collections was for nor who the original creditor was. I asked the to send me information in writing and the declined to send any information. I also informed them that this is fraudulent activity and it needs to be removed from my credit and they informed me there is nothing they can do, and I better pay it off because the will not remove it from my credit. Again, I have no knowledge of an account with this company.

    Torres credit services opened a credit line that shows on my credit report for a debt I do not owe. I stopped service at an apartment upon move out and continued to be billed by ************. I called them numerous times trying to rectify the situation and negotiate with them but they wouldnt fix their problem and sent it to this collections company instead. This is fraudulent and needs to be removed from my credit report immediately.

    Torres credit srv is claiming that I owe common wealth eddison $687 it hit my credit score for over **************************************** relation to this debt and have no idea what its about. I have not had a common wealth eddison account in over 5 years.
