    I am not liable for this debt with So *** ****** and I do not have a contract or agreement with Torres Credit Services. Please delete this account from my consumer credit reports IMMEDIATELY because I did not authorize them and I do not recognize them. Also because I have never entered into an agreement or a contract with Torres Credit Services, this makes account ******* a fraudulent account, inaccurate reporting to my consumer credit report and a violation of my consumer rights under the **** and the ****** This fraudulent account reporting is hurting my ability to obtain credit and is damaging my financial reputation. I demand that all forms of communication from Torres Credit Services to cease and for this account to be deleted from my consumer credit reports.

    They opened a new collection account dropping my score by 56 points. The supposed collector is a bill dismissed under rule 17 from Sourhern California ******* This was fixed and closed 7/16/2023. I have the conversations from *** about rule 17 which states if they forget to bill a client for charges they cant go back, they. An only ask for 90 days of payments regardless of fault (which was theirs) I had setup automatic payments. So how could I miss 8 months and nobody noticed? Its because THEY never billed me. No surprise they sold it off to a crappy collection agency. My score was 823. All bills paid on time every time and now this c*** Remove this from my report now.

    I constantly watch my credit to ensure there are no fraudulent accounts, collections, etc. and just recently I found a collections account on my ********************** report from Torres Credit Services for the amount of $1053.00. Firstly, there is no documentation to state this account belongs to me. Secondly, just out of no where it appeared on my credit report, no account number, or other identifying information. The **** must be put on the companies placing collections accounts on individuals credit reports to have all supporting documents, bills, original company itemized account info.; the burden of proof must be placed on these types of companies.I looked this business up and the only thing that came up was a very skeptical address and phone number - no website. In our current society, almost every business has a website. I believe this company is a fraud trying to scam people out of their money and cause undue stress. I expect this account to be removed from my credit reports.

    The complaint is for an erroneous collections account on my ********************** report - not a Repair. I checked my credit report and saw that a collections account in the amount of $1053 was added to my credit report. I have no bills past due or anything pending that would result in such an outcome. 

    My desired outcome is for the collections account to be removed from my credit report!

    Torres Credit Servuxes has shown up on at least one of my credit reports. I have received no correspondence from this company relating to this account. I have no outstanding balances with any companies that arent already included on my credit reports. The amount of the collection account is close to $1,000 and is outrageous. The original creditor lists the same name as the collection company, Torres Credit Services. I have disputed the debt with **********. I would like this company to take immediate action and remove itself from my credit reports. Its not legitimate and is hurting my credit score

    Received notice in the mail for debt collection from Torres Credit Services for may 30, 2024 for a ************ The ************** was closed April 30 2024 and last payment was made to ********** 2, 2024. This is a fraudulent debt collection as the account was no longer active at that time.

    Received a collection notice from the company indicating that we owe $38.98 for a ComEd utility bill with reference to account # **********. However, we never had such account and confirmed as such with ComEd directly. This appears to be a fraudulent claim.
