Written: Request for account belonging to The Receivable Management Services LLC. currently in paid status to be removed from all credit reporting agencies. Cease and desist further credit reporting for Account #************ for amount $0.(original $208) For the purposes of 15 U.S.C 1692 et. seq., this Notice has the same effect as a dispute to the validity of the alleged debt and a dispute to the validity of the debt collectors' claims. This account has been settled; settled debt is considered income by the IRS. The IRS guidelines explicitly state that settled debt should be categorized as income, not as a debt, on a consumer report. This communication serves as the required Notice highlighting the inaccurate information that is currently being reported on my consumer report. Time of Notice: I am making a final goodwill attempt to have The Receivable Management Services LLC. clear up this matter and cease reporting this account. I respectfully ask for a resolution within the next 3 calendar days of 8/28/23. Official Request of action by 8/31/23: The Receivable MGMT SVCS LLC. to cease and desist reporting to all credit reporting agencies. The listed account is paid and needs to be removed. I will be maintaining this BBB complaint for the purpose of filing any future complaints with the FTC and Attorney General's office if non-compliance continues to happen. Continued reporting on my consumer report by The Receivable MGMT SVCS LLC. will be them knowingly violating 15 U.S.C 1692e.

It says it was opened on 11/11/2020 for $0.00 with account number starting in ************  that I am not aware of nor am I responsible for. I never went into business with this company or signed any agreements with them so they should not be reporting anything on my credit. This company calls almost every day, sometimes more than once a day. I've sent texts to stop the calls, but they go unanswered. The calls have been coming in since June 12th that I've saved on my phone. I've blocked the calls, but they keep piling up in my resents file. I'm 58 and disabled, and don't want to call them for fear of more calls and fraudulent behavior. I have no outstanding bills to pay. The only bills I have are up to date, and my credit is very good, in the high 700's. This is a fraudulent scam company trying to take advantage of older folks. Please help get these parasites off of my phone. Thank You,*********************

I called this number that Receivables Management sent at the bottom of their response, ************. The company's name is **, ***** **********, and they do not service my area. Their corporate office is in ******* *****. Their phone # is, ************. The supervisor I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. This proves that the company, Accounts Receivables is a fraud and guilty of Fraud and harassment for the last two to three months. Please help me get this company shut down so others will not be subjected to fraud and harassment.

      Thank You.

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered]

       Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: You people at Receivable Services should do a better job of researching your intended targets. The bill you sent to me is for my son, **** *****************, *****************. He sold the property a while back. I have no connection to *****************. My account with ******** *************** is spotlessly clean. My name is ************************************* I called ******** ******** and they reassured me, I have a spotless record with them. The Lady I spoke with said, "If all of our customers paid their bills as well as you do, I would be out of a job". Now I suggest you call ******** ********, and get your information straightened out ASAP because if I get anymore calls or credit problems from you, I will turn this whole problem over to my attorney, and will be collecting from YOU!  Thank you.

      Regards,

I am demanding removal of this collection from receivable managements. I do not owe them the $514. This is reflecting on my credit report and it is deeply impacting my credit score. I have reached out for more information and for a verification but receivables management has not been reachable from letters, phone calls, better business bureau, and consumer financial protection bureau.

Regarding Complaint ID ********;  *******************************, we do not believe this matter involves The Receivable Management Services LLC as we do not do business with and are in no way affiliated with ******** Auto Insurance.

In addition, we completed a search of our files that included *** ********** name and phone number. No results were found in the search, indicating we do not have an account for ********************** in our office.
