      I wish you folks would have alerted me earlier to the critical need to replace the *** card: I was without inbound or outbound calling and texts for three days, and the first 1.5 days I wasn't even aware that I had a problem.

      Unlimited data is not causally unlimited and bills are ridiculous!! My spouse also uses cricket, four plans unlimited for $100, well he causally gets unlimited data, as we do not with CC! Every phone has to be on their own line, not shared, I also use my phone for work so need the unlimited data, my kids all have their own line and paying one easy pay makes my bill 276$ a month, but yet my husband is still paying only 100$ for four lines! This company should be sued for false claims

      Helping my sister and brother in-law. Their flip phone broke...all they wanted was a new phone. My brother in-law tried calling customer service and was unable to get any help because he did not have a pin number. I tried calling customer service hoping to help them. Your customer service would not help at all because of security reason...no email or ability to text the phone. My brother in-law and sister are in their 70's do not have a computer and A BROKEN FLIP phone. Your customer service REFUSED to transfer me to a supervisor. What kind of service is this. All we wanted was a new phone. No changes with the service or billing. They are currently paying for services that they cannot use. The only solution is to cancel the service with consumer cellular and I will add them to my cell phone account...definitely not Consumer Cellar.

      I ordered a phone, and when it arrived, I called and activated it. After activation, the automated system asked if I wanted to add insurance. So, a moment later, I spoke to a customer representative about the insurance, and even informed the person that I would think about it and hung up. Later on, I noticed that there was a faint crack in the front screen of the Verve snap, so I called in honesty to let Consumer Cellular know about the defect. However, they were against doing anything about the situation because I had inquired about the insurance earlier. Lacking logic on behalf of Consumer Cellular, if they think I had called earlier after activating my phone, to inquire insurance about a cracked screen , they are mistaken. If you can think logically, if I had inquired about the insurance earlier because they think I caused the crack on the screen, then you would think I would have simply signed up for the insurance. Obviously, I didn't inquire about the insurance because I didn't noticed nor cause a cracked screen. It wasn't until I removed the film that I noticed the crack screen. In fact, I even called Consumer Cellular to tell them about the crack on front of the screen. To note, someone else would have not mentioned it, and sign up for the insurance. But, since I'm honest, I did receive a damaged phone, and I was stuck paying $89 dollars for nothing. Remind me to upgrade my flip phone to a smart phone...with another company. BE CAREFUL and make sure you double check any product you order from Consumer Cellular. Better yet, you may want to consider ordering from someone else.

      Always good service & much cheaper than **** or ********** I've been with CC for over 7 years and never had a problem. **************** always takes care of me.

      Charged my account without my permission to do so. Said I was on autopay..never set that up..lied when I started the account..charged me 5 extra dollars because I'm not on autopay but took it from my account anyway.Called and spoke to them and they said they have my signature but won't email me that information. Did not want to work with me just said I owed them..no I dont..paid in full as of today..only had account 2 **************** was smooth now this..bad company and a waste for seniors who don't u derstand the internet..

      I bought a cell phone from this company a iPhone 14 pro. Not only did the phone not come there company did not know where it was. They constantly lied to me and told me to wait it was coming. After 10 business day and me still not receiving the phone. The employees were rude and not helpful. Instead of offering another device they told me they were canceling my order and returning my money. They did not offer a new device like they said. Im still waiting on my refund and an apology for assuming they would be a helpful company. My overall experience was very off putting. I feel like they do not care about the the consumer they state in there name
