      I'd give negative star if I could. Signed up for service with their home phone box. Paid for it had it 4 months. Every month had to call to get it reconnected every month. They sent a new box to me and I returned the other one and that one didn't even go 1 day without working. Called to cancel service got a supervisor for the 2nd time. Asked what would I think if they traded that box for a regular flip phone to keep me as customer. I told them ok 1 more try. Got put on hold for 10 minute only to be told they couldn't because it had been 4 months so I'm out hard earned dollars for nothing. This should fall under a lemon law thing because in 4 months with the same problem. But no. So if your thinking about going this cheap route for phone service this is not where you should be looking. Oh and by the way their customer service hot line is only available from 8 am to 8 pm Monday through Friday and 6 pm on weekends so hard to get help for problems. They advertise their big hug care about you but in the end they are just like everyone else. Take your money and run. AARP needs to stop teaming with them also because the so called discount you get is a joke.
